Adaro Group is looking for potential candidates to join our growing team as:

1. PROJECT MANAGER (PM)

2. EPC MANAGEMENT SUPERINTENDENT (EMS)

3. EPC MANAGEMENT OFFICER (EMO)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, majoring Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Industrial]
• Minimum years of experience :
  • 10 years of experience as Project Manager for PM
  • 4-5 years of experience as Project Management Superintendent for EMS
  • 2-3 years of experience as Project Management Officer for EMO
• Preferably have exposure in handling: infrastructure/industrial manufacturing/smelter construction projects
• Experience in handling green field projects will be an advantage
• Advanced skill in Project Management, Commercial and Contract Management
• Good command in English is preferable, Mandarin skill will be an advantage
• Good Negotiation, Leadership, Problem Solving & Decision Making skills
