Senior Company Lawyer

Job Summary;

Senior Corporate Lawyer with a proven track record in Oil and Gas Industry, especially in Commercial, Business Development and Compliance matters.

The following responsibilities apply to the position;

  • Providing Legal advice and support on a wide range of Legal activities.
  • Drafting and Negotiating simple and complex Legal documents, incl. Commercial and Business Development Contracts and Correspondences related to Oil and Gas Projects.
  • Advising on General Business Law issues and managing the Legal issues of all areas of the Company, including but not limited to Corporate matters and Procurement issues.
  • Represent the department as required in Liaison with Head Quarter and any Stakeholders.

Fixed Infrastructure Engineering Superintendent

Job Summary;

Responsible for delivery of the Engineering associated with the Facilities Fixed Infrastructure. A challenging technical role required to facilitate and then drive delivery of Engineering Tenders and Contracts in a fast track environment. A critical role that will directly contribute to the failure or success of the project, especially so in the pre-FEED and FEED phases of the Project.

Requirement;

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

Experience/Skills;

Min. 15 years working experience in Engineering role for Offshore Oil and Gas industry, with 5 years' experience in Leadership role for Offshore Fixed infrastructure Project.

Job Summary;

Responsible for delivering structural PERMANENT FACILITIES associated with Fixed Infrastructure (Jacket, Topsides and Subsea structures) that complies with Development project KPIs.

Min Requirement;

  • Bachelor Degree in in Civil/Structural Engineering.

Experience/Skills;

  • Min. 15 years working experience in Structural Engineering role for Offshore Fixed Infrastructure within Oil and Gas industry. Must have experience in pre-concept and FEED stages of projects, and must have hands on Construction and Installation experience.

Knowledge;

  • In-depth knowledge of Detailed Engineering and Design of Structural System for Offshore Fixed Infrastructure Projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Offshore Infrastructure Building and Construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of Installation Analysis, Detailed Designs, and Steel Structures.
  • Knowledgeable of relevant Structural Design Codes.
  • V8 and Proficient in Ms. Office and other Structural Engineering Tools/Software (e.g. STAAD Pro structural analysis and Prostructure 3D modelling Software, MicroStation Autocad).
  • Demonstrable turret and mooring analysis competency and experience would be considered distinctly advantageous.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

 

Floating Infrastructure Sr. Process Engineer

Job Summary;

Responsible for delivery of fully compliant process engineering of PERMANENT FACILITIES associated with Floating Infrastructure that complies with Tuna Development project KPIs.

Min Requirement;

  • Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Direct Contract employment status.

Experience/Skills;

  • Min. 15 years working experience in Process Engineering role for Offshore Oil and Gas industry. Must have experience in Pre-concept and FEED stages of FPSO Projects, and must have hands on Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start up experience. Will ultimately be responsible for delivery of successful facilities Start up.

Knowledge;

  • In-depth knowledge of Process Engineering for FPSOs, across Topsides, Marine and Utility Systems.
  • Must have demonstrable competence and experience in separation, compression, produced water treatment, Oil and condensate stabilisation, VRU, Hydrocarbon and water dewpointing, Glycol regeneration, Mercury removal, HP / LP boilers and Power generations systems.
  • Exposure to and demonstrable understanding of retrograde gas / condensate reservoir considered a distinct advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of Combustion, Steam Boiler and Steam System Design and Operations.
  • Proficient in Ms. Office and other Process Engineering Tools/Software, and must be super proficient in HYSIS.

Planning Coordinator

Job Summary;

Responsible for all the scheduling, planning and progress measurement and control activities and for project reporting throughout the TDP. Written English must be excellent.

Requirement;

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • PMP certification would be a distinct advantage.
  • Direct Contract employment status.

Experience/Skills;

  • Min. 15 years working experience in Project Planning in the Offshore Oil and Gas industry, with 5 years in a Leadership role for Offshore infrastructure project.
  • Experienced in Planning of Offshore Fixed & Floating Construction Project.
  • Proficient with computerized work planning and scheduling systems (e.g. JDE, SAP, or other ERP system).
  • Proficient with the proprietary planning packages such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project and Monte Carlo probabilistic scheduling software.
  • Conversant with typical database systems such as MS Access, SQL server or Oracle.

Knowledge;

  • Possess general knowledge of Oil and Gas Project and Operation process.
  • Possess working knowledge in integrated planning (e.g. sequence, duration, resources, technical issues, etc.).
  • Possess good Project Management skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Data Visualization and Analysis

Fixed Infrastructure Sr. ICT Engineer

Job Summary;

Responsible for delivery of fully compliant ICT engineering of PERMANENT FACILITIES associated with Fixed Infrastructure that complies with Tuna Development project KPIs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Instrument Engineering.
  • Direct Contract employment status.

Experience/Skills;

  • Min. 15 years working experience in ICT Engineering role for Offshore Fixed Infrastructure within Oil and Gas Industry and must have hands on Construction support, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up experience. Will ultimately be responsible for delivery of successful ICT start up.
  • Demonstrable competence and experienced in project Concept, FEED and Detail Engineering of field Instrumentation, Control & Monitoring and Safety Shutdown Systems, including DCS, ESD and F&G.
  • Competence in multiphase metering, fieldbus, ICSS nodes a distinct advantage.

Knowledge;

  • In-depth knowledge of Detailed Engineering and Design of Instrumentation, Control, and Telecommunication system for Offshore Fixed Infrastructure Projects.
  • Working knowledge of P&IDs, Loop and Single Line Diagrams, Instrument Datasheets.
  • Knowledge and Experience with acceptance testing and commissioning of Instrument and Controls equipment and Systems.
  • Practical design knowledge of Telecommunication Systems including CCTV, ACS, PA/GA, Control Systems Networks, Local Area Networks and Telephone Systems is desirable.

Job Summary;

Responsible for Budget Planning, Approval, Cost Control, and SKK Migas reporting.

Requirement;

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Other Related Field.

Experience/Skills;

  • Min. 15 years working experience as Cost Engineer in Offshore Oil and Gas industry, with 5 years in a Leadership Role for Offshore Infrastructure Project.
  • Experienced in preparing AFE and securing AFE approval.
  • Must have demonstrable experience interfacing with, writing and securing PS and AFE approvals from SKK Migas.

Knowledge;

  • Knowledgeable in Project Management, specifically in Cost Control for Oil and Gas industry.
  • Knowledgeable in Cost Control related best practices, Standards, and Regulations.
  • Knowledgeable in Engineering practices.

Document Control Coordinator

Job Summary;

Responsible for coordinating administration, distribution and management documentations in both hardcopy and electronic versions in accordance with TDP requirements.

Requirement;

Diploma or Technical degree in Administration, Record Management, or Related Fields.

Experience/Skills;

  • Min. 15 years working experience in Document Management for Offshore Oil and Gas Infrastructure Project.
  • Detail-orientated and organized.

Knowledge;

Fixed Infrastructure Project Service Coordinator

Job Summary;

Responsible for Managing Contract and Procurement whole life-cycle for all Fixed Infrastructure services / contracts starting from early stage of contracting strategy development, contract drafting, tender document development, tender process execution, negotiation, support during contract execution, up until contract close out, including supporting contract management during contract implementation, in order to ensure government regulation and corporate procedure compliances, whilst achieving industry and corporate leading performance. This role shall be responsible for all Project Services and, where required, Material Contracts specifically for Fixed Infrastructure scope.

Requirement;

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Direct Contract employment status.

Experience/Skills;

  • Min. 15 years working experience in Project Services Management, specifically contract-related role within Offshore Oil and Gas industry, with 5 years in a Leadership role for Offshore Infrastructure Project.
  • EPCI Contracts experience.
  • Disputed Claims experience.

Knowledge;

  • Strong Project Management Skills (Communication, Risk Management, Organization, Tracking & Monitoring, etc.)
  • Familiarity with various Computer Software applications, including propriety Project Management software.
  • Familiarity with JDE/SAP/other ERP system.
  • Thorough knowledge of PTK 007 regulations is a requirement.
