Job Title: Governance & Compliance Lead

Jakarta, 12 months

Must have:

  • Need excellent English as functional report will be in HQ
  • strong commercial/accounting and legal skills and experience in antibribery and corruption (ABC) regimes.
  • Strong English language is a must and prior employment with international corporations will be highly regarded
  • 10+ years working in Governance & Compliance Division
  • Deliver, manage, implement, provide input to the Indonesian corporate compliance system.
  • Implemented AntiBribery and Corruption programs for the private sector (not just govt) likely to have an O&G background in Jakarta and can deliver the training, to the internal employees and also can deliver to vendors.
  • Need some exposure to economic trade/sanctions, competition law, and data privacy policies.
  • Needs to have experience with vendor assessment, supply chain assessment.
  • US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), The Australian Criminal Code, and UK Bribery Act are the guiding principles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Early-stage advice on ABC / Sanctions risk, including political and power mapping, to identify politically exposed persons (PEPs).
  • Conducting Due Diligence on Government Intermediaries, Business Partners and High-risk Vendors
  • Conducting Due Diligence on potential employees
  • Managing Anti-Bribery & Corruption Investigations, logging reports in Deloitte Halo Investigation management system
  • Preparing Country level ABC reports for management.
  • Conducting ABC risk assessments
  • Providing advice on compliance with Economic and Financial Sanctions
  • Providing ABC and sanctions compliance training;
  • Assisting the business with Endorsement, registration and advice on Gifts, Entertainment & Sponsored Travel.

Job Title: Technical Superintendent

Jakarta, 12 months

Must have:

  • Master Degree or equivalent in Engineering/Science OR Naval Architecture
  • 20+ years of oil & gas marine engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory / management position
  • Having solid experience in Mechanical & Naval design engineering, offshore production facilities conversion project, green or brown field modifications project and commissioning activities and/or having solid experience in offshore / onshore oil & gas operations and maintenance.
  • Having experience with managerial level of managing critical marine equipment packages and/or leadership in detailed engineering for FPSOs, Oil Tankers and FSOs.
  • Knowledge of the CMMS, Safety Critical Elements (SCEs), and the Combined Written Scheme for Examination and Verification of SCEs
  • Understanding of relevant technical requirements of International Offshore oil & gas codes, standards, class society, official guidance and Client's technical specifications guidelines, including legislation governing Waste Management and Pollution Prevention.
  • Has a good command of the English Language, both written and spoken.
  • Has ability to provide technical guidance of best practices for inspection and selection of vessels for conversion, development of condition assessment, acceptance testing, preservation standards, pre-commissioning and commissioning requirement for marine systems.

  • Understanding of the purpose of control systems and the causes and effects of significant alarm trips.
  • Has knowledge in incident investigation and the RCFA reports.

Main Responsibilities :

  • To guide and lead offshore engineering team to ensure technical assurance for company Asset and Operations.
  • To lead, strategize, control and provide technical advice on marine systems to ensure P&ID systems and equipment are at superior design and specified efficiently in order to obtain effectively cost solution and delivery.
  • To ensure that the production systems are operated safely and efficiently, in accordance with management systems and providing technical advice, guidance and modifications for existing assets carried out using the management of change process.
  • Supervise performance, quality and standards of all marine engineering aspects during all engineering phases.
  • Fulfil risk management requirements by ensuring that all risks are identified and that processes are established and implemented to manage such risks in line with the Company requirements and guidelines.
  • Satisfy or exceed all customers agreed KPI and contractual obligations. 

 

Job Title: Operations Superintendent

Jakarta, 12 months

Must have:

  • Degree or Master Degree in Process Engineering OR Marine Engineering OR equivalent in Engineering/Science
  • 15 to 20-years offshore experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory / management position,
  • Previous FPSO operations experience and/or offshore production facilities conversion project, green or brown field modifications project and commissioning activities and/or having solid experience in offshore / onshore oil & gas operations and maintenance.
  • Previous experience with Operations & Maintenance of hydrocarbon process and marine equipment, and/or having solid experience in Indonesia - East Java oil & gas operations, offshore environment with an experienced incumbent.
  • Knowledge of Reliability Engineering and the Computerized Planned Maintenance, maintenance and inspection systems, Safety Critical Elements (SCE's).
  • Understanding of relevant requirements of Local Offshore Health & Safety and Environmental legislation, official guidance and industry guidance, including legislation governing Waste Management and Pollution Prevention.
  • Has a good command in the English Language, both writing and speaking.
  • Thorough understanding of Indonesia Oil & Gas SKK Migas regulations and procedures (including WP&B and AFE work life-cycle)
  • Understanding of the effects of environmental conditions, the potential effects of combined operations and of external operations: diving, supply vessels, standby vessel and helicopters.
  • Ability to manage departmental risks - hazard identification and risk control.
  • Able to lead Emergency Team in the absence of FPSO Masters.

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Tembagapura, 12 months

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering related discipline from an accredited curriculum
  • 10+ years related experience in Mining (Gold/Copper)
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of project Controls, Cost Control, Cost Estimating, budget forecasting, invoice review, documented quantity checks, and system controls
  • Demonstrate technical competence through engineering and/or operations experience in at least one of the following work areas: Earthworks, structural works, Construction, procurement and fabrication
  • Proficient in MS office including Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
  • Under general supervision, provides technical/analytical and functional support in the area of project management, project controls, and construction management processes for the Engineering & Construction department.
  • Maintain detailed project cost reports for capital projects within the Project system(s). Facilitates forecast development and maintenance with key stakeholders including planning, engineering, procurement, and construction management.

Job Title: QA/QC

Tembagapura, 12 months

  • Working in Mining - International Project
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in QAQC
  • To supervise the operation of the QA/QC functions at project site by implementing the Project Quality Controls Plans and Procedures in accordance with the Company QC procedures, International standards and specific contract requirements.
  • This will involve the construction of all roadways, bridges, railways, earthworks and any other civil works required to ensure the delivery of the product from the mine.
  • 10 years civil inspection experience which shall contain as minimum 3 Years directly relating to supervision of construction activities in the contract scope of work in Mining.
  • To lead the team of QC Civil Inspectors for monitoring the on‐going daily construction activities.
  • Reviewing the construction method statements and making comments per project specifications, procedures & ITPs.
  • Regular site visits for foreseeing the potential deficiencies based on his physical experience to share with construction crew and guidance to QC Inspectors.
  • Coordination with Civil testing agencies / batching plants for in tine delivery of concretes and subsequent inspection & testing requirements. Ensuring the availability of QC Inspector during any operations.
  • Imitating internal Log Book Entries/NCR's to construction crew for effective implementation of project quality plan, ITP's, written procedures, project specifications, IFC drawings etc.
  • Coordination with Clients inspectors for getting the feedback for open log book entries and preparations of corrective actions to close those violations.
