Requirements:

• Psychologist (graduate from Program Profesi Psikolog)
• Bachelor degree in Psychology are welcome to apply
• Min 10 years of working experience in both Talent Acquisition & Talent Management (for Department Head position)
• Min 5 years of working experience in recruitment field (for Section Head position)
• Advanced skill in candidate sourcing, assessment, interviewing, & salary negotiation
• Having experience in handling Mass Recruitment & role as HR Business Partner will be an advantage
• Good communication, influencing skill, and interpersonal skill
• Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
