Recruitment Officer Mandarin - Merdeka Copper Gold

Merdeka Copper Gold is a holding company with operating subsidiaries engaging in mining business activities, encompassing the exploration and future production of gold, silver, copper and other related minerals, and mining services.

The company is seeking suitable candidates to fill the position of:

Recruitment Officer Mandarin

Job Description:

1. Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
2. Identifying new roles and/or existing job openings that must be filled to enable the business to meet its goals.
3. Leading the hiring process for high-priority roles, from writing the job description to screening and interviewing candidates.
4. Developing, defining and implementing short and long term manpower plans for the business.
5. Carrying out administrative duties related to obtaining administrative and legal documents for expatriates (visas, work permits) and maintains good working relations with the various local administrative bodies.

Requirements:

1. At least have 3 -5 years working experience in HR Department especially at Recruitment.
2. Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field required.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin is a must.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
