WE ARE HIRING

 

SITE MANAGER

General Responsibilities :

1. Create and ensure the work plan goes according to the set target.
2. Directing field operational activities to run optimally.
3. Responsible for strategic mining stages to achieve the most cost-effective and following the scope of work.
4. Prepare technical and economic study reports for several work areas that will be used as mine area plans.
5. Reviewing mining operational strategies and plans for the short, medium, and long term.
6. Implement and implement Company policies.
7. Supervise the implementation of HSE in the mining area following the prevailing laws and regulations in mining.
8. Representing the company in providing information, evidence, and clarification in managing field operational issues, to the government and related parties.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering / Geology.
2. Have a POM/POU certificate (preferred).
3. Minimum 5 years experience as site manager in the Mining Industry.
4. Good knowledge of operating mine planning and scheduling software such as Minescape, Mine, and Xpac.
5. Have a good track record in terms of operational management.
6. Able to act as a KTT/site manager.
7. Have good leadership, good analytical thinking, good decision-making, responsibility, and discipline.
8. Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Placement in Sulawesi / Halmahera.

OPERATION MARINE

General Responsibilities :

1. Ensure ship contracts are in accordance with ship specifications and ship sizes, especially in terms of fuel consumption and ship performance (speed), as well as monitoring contract dates according to ship on hire.
2. Actively reviewing naval agreements (contracts to shippers) and monitoring shipping instructions for each shipment.
3. Make monitoring of ship certificates and create triggers related to documents that will be expired (keeping ship documents not expired).
4. Make a filling system for SOPs that have been approved.
5. Create and collect filling system programs.
6. Participate in reviewing the results of the ship inspection survey for those who will be nominated for the time charter process.
7. Assist in surveys and inspections of ships that will be on time charter and have been on time charter as a basis for evaluating most ships in terms of ship performance.
8. Assist marine engineers in ensuring fleet operations can operate safely & efficiently.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering/marine study or related majors.
2. Minimum 2 years experience as operation marine in the shipping industry.
3. Have the ability to evaluate & analyze fuel consumption.
4. Have good communication skills.
5. Able to work individually and in a team.
6. Willing to travel outside the area.
