HR Business Partner

Currently, PT. Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk are looking candidates for

HR Business Partner

Requirements:

1. at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management/Industrial Engineering
2. Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia
3. Preferably at least 1 Year of working experience as HR Generalist
4. Preferably experienced in Manufacturing or EPC Company
5. Have a good knowledge about Labour Law (UU no 13 thn 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan & UU no 11 thn 2020), BPJS Procedures & Policies, ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, API

Job Responsibilities:

• Bridging between HR Department and Business Units (Manpower - Planning, Training Need Analysis, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relation, etc)
• Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
• Record data for each employee, including such information as personal data, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
• Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees
• Provide assistance in Analyzing, Planning, Monitoring, and Implementing of Business Unit Strategies in Busines Development & People Development.
