1. Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety
2. Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience in Mining Construction Health and Safety.
3. Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions; Skilled in the following safety.
4. Experience with managing safety on heavy industrial construction projects.
5. Understanding of safety reporting requirements on large mining/heavy industrial construction projects

 

Job Title: Construction Advisor

Riau, 6 months

1. Bachelor engineering preferably from mechanical
2. 10+ years Construction advisory experience
3. Coordinates with the project managers, design engineers, procurement, planning, and scheduling, and other personnel in setting and maintaining priorities to ensure timely performance sufficient to keep the overall project on schedule and within budget
4. Participates in the review of specifications and drawings with respect to constructability.
5. Participates in the resolution of field-related matters such as client relationship, quality issues, material delivery, and contract/subcontract administration.
6. Provides technical advice to our Clients’ Construction management team on installation sequencing and other constructability issues.
7. Advises on all construction-related on-site activities to ensure the project construction objectives are met
8. Support the development and implementation of the construction execution plan
9. Implement the health and safety plan including supporting the project’s commitment to Worley Life philosophy
10. Vessel fabrication or piping-related background will be advantageous
11. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all phases of construction operations, field engineering disciplines, construction technologies, and project management.
12. Knowledge of heavy lifts and heavy equipment moving is critical
13. Familiar with piping welding
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

 

Job Title: Package Lead

Jakarta, 6 months

1. Local
2. Lives in Jakarta preferred
3. Expert in Bidding of a Mining project and High Rise building
4. Bachelor's Degree of Engineering.
5. 7+ years working experience as Project Engineer for EPC company.
6. Has extensive experience in the development of work packages and writing up EPC scope of work.
7. Well conversant in evaluating complex EPC offerings against predetermined scope (preferably familiar with the nature of EPC SOW and its requirements).
8. Familiar to arrange coordination within the department to deliver the engineering phase, it would be beneficial if the candidate has experience in Engineering projects for mining.
9. Involvement during bidding stage as part of construction & quality management system to select subcontractor who will carry out the work both temporary & permanent work
10. Writing capability to prepared construction documents such as Requisition Document, Technical Bid Evaluation, Construction Execution Plan, Construction Method, Constructability Study.
