HRIS & Payroll Snr Officer

Assignment: HO - JKT

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in IT / Accounting
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have basic knowledge in HRIS & Payroll
• Hands-on experience in implementing HRIS system
• Having good interpersonal and team work skill
• Able to work under pressure

Job Description:

• Gathering procedure, business process, policy in HR
• Analyzing & designing best solution
• Provide consultancy for HRIS system
• Gather requirement and implement the system
• Conducts data analysis on HR data such as employment, performance management, employee relations, andbenefits data as directed.
• Delivers routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting

HSE Enviro Officer

Assignment: Site - Kalsel

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct Environmental Management support to Exploration Sites and Project Department’s projects or activities.
• Conduct Environmental reviews or audits to check compliance with environmental management systems,
• Provide guidance, advice and assistance to Operational Site Management to expand and improve environmental management systems and compliance
• Provide Health, Safety and Environment information, advice and system implementation assistance to achieve a safe, healthy and incident free work environment at our work sites
• Provide auditing and inspection services to exploration projects and operational sites to achieve compliance Site Environmental policies, procedures and Legislative requirements.
• To also coordinate and be involved in any other internal and external Environmental Audits.
• Contribute to Sustainability reports and relevant monthly and annual reports.
• Maintain a relationship and be on distribution lists with relevant government; ESDM and MENLHK
• Monitor and regularly review the performance and end-user usage of Environmental databases and programs.
• Socialize, implement and monitor Environmental Management Systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate with relevant qualifications in Environment Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 year’s professional experience related to mineral or coal mining.
• Has knowledge of environmental regulations and permits pertaining to the Mining Industry.
• Has knowledge and understanding of technical, operation, administrative principles and procedures related to Environmental Management.
