Position:

General Affair Analyst

Work Location: Hu'u Project site, in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara.

The position is a twelve-months contract under outsourcing company and work on 4/2 FIFO roster.

Purpose of the Role:

To provide administration, manage transportation, camp accommodation, catering services, office supply, general affairs and logistic support within the Hu'u projects.

Accountabilities:

• Responsible for managing the site transportation and camp accommodation arrangement request for FIFO staffs and guests, including Covid19 quarantine room.
• Manage roster and daily schedule activities for site drivers including report of their manhours data.
• Responsible for site general admin and local correspondence management.
• Manage office-based consumables (paper, stationery, printer consumables) and be able to arrange for repairs to office-based equipment (e.g. printers, binders, laminators).
• Responsible for managing camp-site utilities operational (water & power electrical) including catering services at staging and drill site area.
• Use SAP to raise requisitions, service entries and goods receipts.
• Should operational work activities change, reduce or increase, perform other roles, work duties, activities and/or tasks, outside your normal PD and duties, as requested by your immediate Supervisor and/or management.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial, OHS, Hospitality-Tourism knowledge.
• 3 years relevant/similar capacity as Field Camp Boss/Supervision in mining facilities project,
• Provide planning and controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, fast adapt with high exposure to Site Remote Condition and managing multiple camp sites.
• Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately and able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with each function and other department heads
• Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems.
• IT knowledge & skills including Distribution Information and Management System, e-mail, work processing & spreadsheet programs, Knowledge in the use of MS Excel & Power Point is a must, MS Project highly advantageous.

Position:

Senior Operational Analyst

Work Location: Hu'u Project site, in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara

The position is a twelve-months contract under outsourcing company and work on 4/2 FIFO roster.

Purpose of the Role:

Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the Mineral Drilling Support projects with compliance to applicable SWP as well QC in managing the technical activities assuring project timeline and quality from conception to completion.

Accountabilities:

• Prepare, coordinate, and monitor the assigned site operational support for Mineral Drilling Project
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team including the team roster
• Review site engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• Identifying operational requirements and opportunities for improvement by gathering information from observing workflows, reading company reports and determining appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data.
• Documenting findings, preparing reports, and making recommendations for in developing new processes and procedures to enhance operations.
• Should operational work activities change, reduce or increase, perform other roles, work duties, activities and/or tasks, outside your normal PD and duties, as requested by your immediate Supervisor and/or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mine Engineering, Geology or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years relevant/similar capacity as Field Supervision in mining project, leading a small team for project construction or similar.
• Provide planning and controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, fast adapt with high exposure to Site Remote Condition.

Purpose of the Role:

Lead and evaluating the project process from planning, procurement scheduling, material management techniques, also coordinating with several department for Geothermal Drilling Support execution that comply to applicable SWP as well QC in managing the technical activities assuring project timeline and quality from conception to completion.

Accountabilities:

• Evaluating operational effectivities and efficiency based on project execution and monitor the assigned site operational support for each Geothermal Drilling Project
• Ensure the job site remain safe, clean, and orderly with strong commitment to deliver the project by resolving on-site issue and emergencies
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status
• Assign responsibilities (work load analysis), supervise staff and mentor project team including the team roster
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to help and providing analytical support on financial and operational issues
• Review site engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering with Geothermal Project environment.
• Minimum 7 years relevant/similar capacity as Operation Analyst in mining civil project, leading a small to huge team for construction project in Geothermal Drilling Project.
• Provide planning and controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, fast adapt with remote site exposure.

Position:

Senior Structural Engineer (Geothermal)

Work Location: Hu'u Project site, in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara

The position is a twelve-months contract under outsourcing company and work on 4/2 FIFO roster.

Purpose of the Role:

• Building structures based on technical specifications (2D & 3D-Computer Aided Design Tech), create budgetary, managing construction crew-engineers, and assess the completed project with SPE Vale.
• Tracking project progress and reporting on results with appropriate material decision to ensure durability, and legal regulations.
• Investigative nature project, accurate, commercially aware, great communication skills with a keen interest ensuring the safety and physical integrity of buildings and other large structures.
• Conduct Field Assessment on civil building construction, routine monitoring and inspection.

Accountabilities:

• Prepare reports, designs, and technical drawings (2D & 3D-Computer Aided Design Tech)
• Make calculations about pressures, loads, and stresses.
• Consider the strength of construction materials and select appropriately.
• Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.
• Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval.
• Analyze configurations of the basic components of a structure.
• Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers.
• Monitor and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness.
• Administer contracts and manage projects.
• Inspect properties to evaluate the conditions and foundations.

Requirements:

• Have good communication skills and can work together with the team.
• Can work under pressure and dare to accept new challenges.
• Bachelor's in civil or structural engineering (essential), Master is a Plus; Professionally registered with the Institute of structural engineers with strong exposure in Geothermal Civil Facility project environment.
• Minimum 7 years of work experience as a structural engineer (essential), great understanding of physics and mathematics, and Three-dimensional conceptual skills.
• Expert experience in project management with advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Technically strong in civil structural engineering (field work) with good communication skills written and verbal.
• Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely-accurately with data visualization mindset and SCRUM paradigm for any fast-pace project.

Position:

Occupational Health and Safety Engineer

Work Location: Hu'u Project site, in Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara

The position is a twelve-months contract under outsourcing company and work on 4/2 FIFO roster.

Purpose of the Role:

Provides direct support to activities relating to the identification of common safety and health hazards inherent in the organisation's site operations and the establishment of guidelines for protection from those hazards.

Accountabilities:

• Conducts inspections and tests planned to provide familiarity with company operations, specific safety and health issues, regulations and company practices.
• Collects and analyses data related to workplace incidents.
• Identifies problem areas and suggests solutions.
• Assists more experienced officers in developing OH&S solutions.
• Provide input into the development of relevant OH&S procedures.
• Assist in accident investigations and documenting incidents. monitoring, inspection and improvement for Hu'u Project Site.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor (or equivalent) min GPA 3,00 in related position;
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a role, preferable within underground mining and/or Geothermal exploration project;
• Good English skills (verbal & written) essential;
• Strong knowledge & skill related to risk assessment method such as HIRA, JSA, MoC;
• Familiar to facilitate incident investigation by using recognized investigation methodology;
• Strong knowledge & skill related to Safety Management System Audit, preferable has SMKP auditor certificate;
• Preferable possess valid AK3 Umum, ToT (Train of Trainer) & POP (Pengawas Operasioanl Pratama) certificates
