Sr. Manager Mining Operation

Job Location : Site Kalimantan

Responsibilities

  • Development and Operation in safely, cost effective, and timely manner
  • Coordinate to provide a strategic mine plan to prepare raw materials according to quality requirements
  • Liase with Maintenance for a good equipment management to support operation
  • Coordinate annual Budget for Mining group
  • Prepare a regular management report and presentation to BOD
  • Fulfill the mandatory reports to Government as regulated

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor of Mining Engineer, additional post graduate degree will be an advantage
  • Has minimum of 15 years experience in Mining Industry in mining contractor area
  • Honest, Discipline, understand of Good Mining Practice and safety Concern
  • Understand on efficiencies and effectiveness of Mining fleets and operators
  • Understand on mining strategic to achieve production establish and review mining SOP
  • Experience in Coordinating and Managing a Team of Mining, which consisted of Short & Long Term Mining Engineer, Geologist, Surveyor, and a team of Operation such as Drilling & Blasting, Ripping , Loading Hauling, and Contractor
  • POU certification, but POM will be considered

Coal Quality Superintendent

Job Location : Site Kalimantan

Responsibilities :

  • Mastering work, quality processes and laboratory processes according to ISO/ASTM standards
  • Able to perform validation, verification, inspection and fulfillment of laboratory certification and accreditation according to lSO 17025
  • Mastering the fulfillment of the QC process system and the fulfillment of QA both quality and laboratory
  • Able to serve quality interests to internal/external parties in a professional manner
  • Maintain the fulfillment of coal quality in accordance with buyer requests
  • Know the specifications of the coal needed for use in steam power plants (PLTU).

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree of Chemistry/Mining/Equivalent, min 10 years working in a coal mining company (lab/Mining/QA-QC).
  • Mastering MS word & Excel, Statistics, coal Lab operations and mastering programs lSO 17025 accreditation
  • Other Qualifications: Honest, disciplined, committed and able to work together in teams

Sr. Maintenance Planner

Job Location : Site Kalimantan

Responsibilities :

  • Implement and plan equipment maintenance to optimize plant availability in the most cost-effective manner.
  • Schedule priorities for the work in hand and allocated labor and equipment accordingly.
  • Ensure regular PM job are working as schedule and appropriate target above 90%.
  • Ensure project jobs are finished as per planning and scheduled.
  • Ensure all spare parts, tools, support equipment, and manpower for regular PM, shutdown job and project job are available.
  • Ensure shutdown job tasks are in correct sequence.
  • During the execution of the shutdown job ensure the flow of work, up-date shutdown progress and ensure that the plan is carried out.
  • Carry out regular preventative maintenance of the plant, tracking history of PM activity and maintain record of work done.
  • Ensure procedures which distinguish between breakdown maintenance, schedule maintenance, modification and new work is running.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Education D3 Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in Maintenance Planning Minimum 10 Years in Coal / Gold Mining
  • Familiar with forecast, plan, schedule, budged, coordinate, monitor, and review all maintenance activities and process necessary to deliver optimum equipment availability and maintain the integrity of the company's assets.
  • Familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management System using Ellipse.
  • Familiar with process plant equipment maintenance i.e. Feeder, Crusher, Centrifugal Pump, Hydraulic Pump, Compressor, and Conveying system.
  • Familiar with develop better preventive maintenance system for mechanical and Electrical maintenance.
  • Familiar with develop better table code, standard job template, maintenance job procedure, work flow, and special work need for mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Superintendent Opr Barge Loading Conveyor

Job Location : Site Kalimantan

Responsibilities

  • Assist project manager to complete the project prophase preparation, including the review of design, material preparation, chaired the meeting of Rig remove
  • Guidance and supervision of offshore construction project, to assist the project manager and technical problems encountered in the owner's project construction for communication, negotiation; at sea during the period of construction project management;

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree any discipline, over 20 years of experience in the management, construction and operation of Marine engineering projects (among them, over 15 years of installation and transportation of offshore structures;
  • Experience in Marine pipe, vertical pipe and expansion bend installation, more than 10 years of employment background and at least 10 large Marine engineering projects.
  • Have various types of Marine engineering structures, subsea pipeline construction experience, and engineering design and construction standards and specifications
  • Grasp the international forefront of ocean engineering design, construction and construction management experience;
  • Familiar with offshore operation specification and process;
  • Have offshore installation platform, subsea pipeline construction experience, familiar with offshore construction process and construction preparation,

Sr. Manager HR-GA

Job Location : Site Kalimantan

JOB PURPOSE

As the HRGA Team Leader on the project is responsible for all HR & GA activities, including personnel, industrial relations, recruitment, training & development, community social responsibility, and general affairs to support the smooth operation of the company in the Head Office and Site.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Develop organization strategies by identifying human resources issues, contributing to organization strategic thinking and direction, and establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives
  • Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent management, staffing, employment processing, compensation and benefits, training and development, record management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relation and retention and labour relation
  • Support management by providing human resources advice, counseling, analyze information for decision making process
  • Complies with government requirements, anticipating legislation, advising management on needed actions
  • Responsible to handle various risks related with human resources and environment, coordinate with other department head
  • Coordinating HRGA operational activities on HO and Site, including attendance issues, medical insurance, employee medical claims, risk insurance, office equipment, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Working Experience: - Minimum 5 years experience in Survey and Mapping system in Mining lndustry.

Skills : Have knowledge, skills and experience in Survey and Mapping systems.

  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Plan and manage Survey and Mapping work effectively and effectively in mining work.
  • Have knowledge in Survey practice and mapping analysis.

Detailed Main Job Responsibilities

OHS Supervisor

Preferably domiciled  from South Kalimantan

Job Location : Site Kalimantan

Work Experience : Minimum 5 Years experience as HSE Supervisor in Mining

Education : Minimum D3  from Occupational Health and Safety

Other Qualification : POP Certified

Detailed Main Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure all workers are aware of the importance of wearing Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Ensure, check and carry out monthly inspections regarding the suitability and availability of PPE and work safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, etc.
  • Ensure that the safety sign at the work site is properly installed.
  • Provide training to workers such as the use of APAR, First Aid, Emergency Response, etc.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the SOP has been implemented properly by all employees.
  • Create a program to minimize B3 waste so that it can be accommodated properly.
