PT Lestari Banten Energi, a member of Genting Group, is an Independent Power Producer Company which owns and operates 1x625MWNet Coal Fired Super Critical Steam Power Plant in Salira – Banten. The plant achieved Commercial Date in March 2017 and is currently operating continuously to supply power to PLN Grid.

We are currently seeking for an Experienced Professional to join our Operation and Maintenance Team at the position of:

Job Title: Supervisor Civil

Department : Technical Service - Civil

Direct Report : Civil Engineer

Qualification :

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Civil engineering
2. Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Civil Construction and Maintenance, have exposure to Power Plant related will be advantage
3. Hand-on Civil Computer program SAP 2000 and Autocad
4. Computer literate for basic MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word), knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP) would be advantageous.
5. Have the ability to work under pressure and the willingness to work in varying conditions.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Supervising and controlling the civil maintenance team.
2. Taking part in the plant overhauls and maintenance activities.
3. Ensuring all work carried out is in accordance with established procedures. Maintaining good teamwork, discipline and time keeping in the civil maintenance Team.
4. Managing building maintenance, yard maintenance controling all civil personnel is available.
5. Coordinating with other Departments and Sections to ensure smooth civil teamwork.
6. Organizing update of all civil plant records.
7. Ensuring feedback of civil works to all telated department user
8. Making sure suggestions on improvement to civil plant or instructions are reviewed and acted upon if appropriate.
9. Working on other duties decided by the Civil Manager and civil engineer. (if any )
10. Carrying out their duties during the normal daily working time. Scheduled and unscheduled and rotating shift work may be required.
11. The post holder will be expected to comply with all company and legislative health requirements relevant to their duties and responsibilities.
12. Issue, review and update civil work Instructions for routine and corrective civil works.  Establishing the procedures for all aspects of civil maintenance.
