ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (CODE : KKM/AS-VII/21)

(Location : Jakarta Office)

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly and year closing;
• Perform reconciliations to maintain the accuracy of the general ledger;
• Liaise with external auditor to ensure clean and timely year end audit;
• Provide consultancy on the accounting treatment to the subsidiaries and associate;
• Review accounting record from subsidiaries and associate.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree of Accounting major;
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience as auditor and private sector experience will be additional point;
3. Most preferably supporting qualification, have experience in a big 4 accounting firm;
4. Able to operate SAP System is a plus;
5. Excellent excel skills, strong skills and attention to detail;
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Willing to work on mining site as required/necessary.

 

CORPORATE BUSINESS ANALYST & REPORTING (CODE : KKM/CBAR-VII/21)

(Location : Jakarta Office)

Job Descriptions:

1. Provide monthly business performance report (operational and financial) and cost analysis;
2. Provide monthly/quarterly consolidated financial statements and stand alone subsidiaries;
3. Review all transactions using automatic posting and running by SAP system;
4. Provide deliverables to external parties;
5. Provide all related governance documents required by regulators.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree of Accounting major;
2. Min. 2 years relevant experiences (highly preferred from big 4 firms);
3. Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements;
4. Excellent excel skills, strong skills and attention to detail;
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
6. Willing to work on mining site as required/necessary.
