1. POSITION  : HSE TRAINER COORDINATOR

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field

  • [SK1301003] Knowledge and Company's application relevant to HSE monitoring and reporting system (HSE regular reports and incident notification reports), KPI and data analysis, HSE benchmark. Knowledge of Non-Financial reporting procedure.
  • [SK1302002] Knowledge of local HSE legislation and main important international standards on HSE management system (e.g. ISO 14001 ISO 45001). Knowledge of company management system in order to be actively involved in their management and certification.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  4. Develop HSSE Training Specification contained the summary of the training material.
  5. Maintaining the quality of training including the material and the trainer.
  6. Ensure proper training Test is carried out and report to management about results.
  7. Evaluating the effectiveness of training.
  8. Maintaining Training record
  9. Develop training monthly report covering percentage of training attendance, training hour and test result.
  10. Monitor training team and guide as per project procedures.
  11. Ensure the development of training passport and provide any technical support to other department

  2. Minimum 8 years of experience as an instructor of training in oil and gas industry or petrochemical.
  3. Good communication skill in English, Bahasa and or appropriate medium.
  4. Professional competence defined as a coordinated set of knowledge, skills and operational capacity for adaptation and resolution of issues depending on the type training.
  5. Possession of requirements on the practical knowledge and direct experience of operational contexts, transferable in the classroom on the subjects (experiential learning)

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Provide HSSE training need assessment as per law and contractual requirement and hazard as per HSSE Training Matrix.
  2. Ensure all employee trained prior mobilization and or being trained at site prior work commenced.
  3. Ensure all employee working at site has received training as per HSSE Training matrix, keep the attendance list and maintain the register.
  4. Providing training services to support the elements of the HSSE Management System, including training related to Occupational Safety, Security, Emergency Services, Health, Environment, Risk and other topics to integrate management of Social and workforce to personnel as required.
  5. Coordinate with Client HSE for ensuring proper record of training and database.
  6. Organise the methodology in order to collect the HSE training needs
  7. Organise and deliver HSE training course
  8. Define / develop tools / method in order to monitor the effectiveness of the course delivered
  9. Standardize the HS E training course catalogue

 

4. POSITION  : HSE TRAINER ADMINISTRATOR

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

  1. Maintaining Training record
  2. Develop training monthly report covering percentage of training attendance, training hour and test result.
  3. Monitor training team and guide as per project procedures.
  4. Ensure the development of training passport and provide any technical support to other Department.
  5. Assist HSE Training Coordinator in Planning, Managing and Implementing regular training based on the training matrix.
  6. Liase with SBCs Trainer for scheduling the training to all workers.
