We are seeking the great people to support and enhance our position as the great company for heavy eguipment industry for the position of:  

HR STAFF (HR BPN)

Dutles and Responsibllitles :

• To execute complete recruitmenl process (including psychological testl and end-to-end administration for manpower reguest based on target.
• To prepare weekly recruitment progress report.
• To handie complete internship process and end-to-end administration on schedule.
• To review the calculation and documents completeness of monthly OS invoices.
• To handle the administration process for payment of any invoices related to recruitment.
• To review and make cerrection of monthly employees' attendances.
• To handie the documentation ol Job Descriptions and Organization Chart of Branches, Departmenis and Projects.
• To handte BPJS Kesehatan matters and administration of all employees.
• To handie other HR matters according ta needs.

Reguiremants.:

• S1 Dagree in Psychology.
• Age max. 26 yearsotd.
• Fresh graduated are welcome.
• Experience in Recruitment Field min. 1 ycar, is preferred.
• Understand psychological testing and assessment process, including Interview.
• Ready to mobile and assigned to any projects.
• Able to work in team, able to work under-pressure, detail, patient and energetic.
• Able to communicale in English Ispoken and written) and Computer literates lexperienced with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and othersi.
• Have driving license ISIM AJ is preferred.
• To beptaced at Balikpapan.
• East Katimantan resident is preferred.
