SHE & SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create a strategic plan for SHE implementation
• Identify and ensure compliance with K3L regulations and permits.
• Assist departments on the safety-related issue (HIRA, JSA, etc.)
• Develop & control SHE documents (Manual, Policy, Procedure, etc.)
• Develop Safety Culture at all levels of the organization
• Facilitate internal and external audit

Kualifikasi:

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering Environmental/Safety) from reputable university
• Minimum GPA: 3.00/4.00
• Certified “Ahli KS Umum”
• Minimum of 2 year experience as SHE Offier
• Good analytical thinking & planning skills
• Certified “Lead Auditor” is an advantage
