We are seeking motivated, high qualified candidates to join our team in Jakarta Office.

2. Tax Accountant

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting (Role 1 and 2)
2. Minimum 4 years experiences in the similar role (Role 1 and 2)
3. Experience in handling general Journal, Payment process (Role 1)
4. Familiar with MS Office (advance in MS Excel) (Role 1 and 2)
5. Having Accounting ERP System experience, preferrable SAP (Role 1 and 2)
6. Brevet A&B holder is preferred (Role 2)
7. Can-do attitude and team worker (Role 1 and 2)
8. Excellent analytical and time management skills (Role 1 and 2)
9. Attention to detail (Role 1 and 2)

Responsibilities

1. To provide timely and accurate input of payroll data/ information, payroll run execution and reporting (Role 1)
2. To maintain monthly report based on payment records, data input and calculation to provide accurate report & payment (Role 1)
3. To maintain general ledger reconciliation to facilitate management review of accounting transactions and facilitate subsequent follow-ups (Role 1)
4. To maintain inter-company activity/invoice report to facilitate accurate consolidation for the group (Role 1)
5. To maintain employee social insurance (BPJS) & others related tasks to payroll benefit (medical, allowance, etc.) input, calculation, payment, reconciliation (Role 1)
6. Calculate and prepare tax payments (Role 2)
7. To maintain employee income tax (PPh 21) and other tasks related to income tax (Role 2)
8. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports (Role 2)
9. Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns (Role 1 and 2)
10. Liaise with internal and external auditors (Role 1 and 2)
11. Calculate, pay, reporting and maintaining PPh 21 income tax (Role 1)
