Secondary Hauling Superintendent

location at Weda Bay Nickel Project (Central Halmahera-North Molucca)

Minimum Requirements :

• Min. 10 years experience in mining Operation
• Certified as POP or POM
• Comprehend in QHSE standard
• Able to make analysis & gather formulation of production strategy action plan
• Able to manage secondary ore hauling dept activities for effective and efficient operating practices.
• Able to maximize effective working hours
• Able to maximize utilization of dump trucks
• Able to maintain operator morale, productivity and discipline
• Able to manage allocate manpower and equipment effectively
• Has strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Has good analytical mind data oriented
• Good communication skill including good command english
