Senior Well Engineer for FEED phase

1. BACKGROUND

The FEED is for onshore HTHP development gas wells. The Senior Well Engineer expected to work full-time in their Jakarta office.

2. SUMMARY:

He/she is responsible for preparing the engineering design, following up with every service provider, scheduling, planning, material, and equipment, complying with customer and Well Integrity, looking for performance improvement, ensuring reporting quality and accuracy. He/she will ensure that all engineering and technical work is conducted as per Integrated Well Construction (IWC) Well Engineering Management System and Standards.

3. RELATIONSHIP

• The Senior Well Engineer reports to the IWC Project Manager or Business Development Manager
• The Senior Well Engineer works closely with the customer to develop, design, and prepare the Basis of Design, service requirement & specification, risk register, and long lead item purchase for an HTHP Exploration drilling campaign.
• The Senior Well Engineer works with an in-house Well Engineer and IWC HQ to review the design, identify performance improvement initiatives and new technology implementation opportunities.

4. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QHSE

• Promotes and demonstrates strong leadership and commitment in QHSE.
• Prepares requests for exemptions to IWC Standards if required.
• Contributes to and supports the project planning in HARC, SIMOP plan, QUEST, etc.
• Follow customer's and COVID-19 protocol as required.

ENGINEERING

• Develop Basis of Design for HTHP well Exploration drilling campaign.
• Coordinate with customer representative for well objectives, geological prognosis, and well proposal.
• Perform offset well analysis.
• Prepare Drilling and Completion design and make recommendations for improvements.
• Perform calculations or simulation for all aspects of well design such as Rig sizing, casing design, BHA & trajectory design, mud design, cementing design, completion design, etc.
• Prepare and lead operational planning such as equipment and general procedural requirement.
• Coordinate with Business Lines for specific service design and preparation.
• Perform risk analysis and document it in the Risk Register.
• Prepare and update the project Well Control and Stuck Pipe Document.
• Support team on calculations and other technical information.
• Prepare general well operations procedures and checklists (e.g., Casing/Liner running and cementing).
• Initiates and Leads the technical reviews with the customer, Business Lines, and third parties.
• Prepare detailed specifications, including appropriate material for OCTG, Equipment, and Services ready for procurement
• Provide technical support to the procurement team as needed.
• Prepare estimated time vs. depth curve for the planned wells, including risk and probability

COMMUNICATION AND REPORTING

• Submit bi-weekly or weekly progress reports to IWC and customer.

FINAL DELIVERABLES

• Basis of Design (BOD) for HTHP wells covering engineering design for:
  • Drilling
  • Completion
• Risk Register with quantification, prevention, and mitigation measures
• Detailed specification of Material, Equipment, and Services ready for procurement
• Other engineering work/reports as required for successful FEED

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

• At least 5 years of experiences in HTHP drilling
• Experience in Well Engineering roles for at least 10 years
• Experience in developing Drilling Basis of Design / Front End Engineering Design for HTHP drilling environment

 

Store Keeper

• Perform daily operation for receive, loading and unloading activities for inbound and outbound shipment.
• Check and receive material from local vendor, and process GR into SAP. this process will also include pack and unpack to ensure no discrepancies on received / dispatched material.
• Perform proper storing and racking activities to maximize warehouse space utilization.
• in coordination with warehouse team leader to perform annual stock opname.
• Follow the HSE guidance and requirement on daily warehouse operation.
• Minimum 1 - 3 years experience on similar role.
• Able to operate forklift and / or overhead crane.
• certified to operate both equipment.

 

Electrical / Instrument Control / Telecom Engineer

• Bachelor Electrical / Electro / Instrument / Physic / Telecom sesuai posisi
• 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai E / IC / T Engineer di Oil & Gas
• Punya sertifikat pendukung lebih baik
• Domisili sekitar Bojonegoro sangat diutamakan

 

Electrical / Instrument Control / Telecom QC

• Bachelor Electrical / Electro / Instrument / Physic / Telecom sesuai posisi
• 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai E / IC / T QC di Oil & Gas
• Punya sertifikat COMPEX sangat diutamakan
• Domisili sekitar Bojonegoro sangat diutamakan

 

FO Technician

• Vocal High School di Networking / electrical
• 3 tahun pengalaman di Instalasi FO , LAN , Telephon di Oil & Gas
• Punya sertifikat pendukung diutamakan
• Domisili sekitar Bojonegoro sangat diutamakan

 

Electrical Technician

• Vocal High School di Networking / electrical
• 3 tahun pengalaman di Instalasi Panel /MCC , Lightning Protection, terminasi di Oil & Gas
• Punya sertifikat pendukung diutamakan
• Domisili sekitar Bojonegoro sangat diutamakan

 

Instrument Technician

• Vocal High School di Networking / electrical
• 3 tahun pengalaman di Instalasi I/O PLC Configuration , DCS , Loop and Function Tect di Oil & Gas
• Punya sertifikat pendukung diutamakan
• Domisili sekitar Bojonegoro sangat diutamakan
