Adaro MetCoal, a subsidiary of Adaro Group of Companies, a leading group of coal mining companies in Indonesia, is looking for some qualified
personnel to be based at our site in Central Kalimantan as:

Mining & Hauling Department Head

Qualifications

1. S1 in Mining / Geological / Civil Engineering;
2. ≥7 years in mining operations work in coal mining industry (operations, mine plan, geology, short term planning, mining operations supervision, etc.};
3. ≥5 years in mid-level position in mining industry
4. Knowledge of production performance & business improvement, coal quality, & fleet management;
5. Knowledge of operational safety, hazard identification and risk assessment within a workplace;
6. POU Certification;
7. English Proficiency;
8. Good interpersonal & communication skills

Work Challenges.

1. Remote working area, vast mine site area, & long hauling road;
2. Extreme weather condition on site;
3. Highest HSE standard in every work;
4. Managing large number of contractors;
5. Abtity to think systematically & to absorb & understand of new process technology.
