HSE Supervisor

KS Orka Renewables Pte Ltd is one of the prominent geothermal developers in the world with projects spread around 4 continents. In Indonesia, KS Orka is currently the majority owner of two geothermal development companies; one of them is 240 MW PT Sorik Marapi Geothermal Power (PT SMGP). PT SMGP currently has achieved Commercial Operation Date (COD) of Unit 1 and is looking for proficient and highly motivated individual for the following position:

LOCATION :  Mandailing Natal, North Sumatera

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Ensure the implementation of Company's HSE policies and procedure is in accordance with applicable regulations
2. Conducts HSE Awareness and Training for Employees/Contractors at the EPC Department
3. Carrying out regular HSE audits and report findings to management
4. Investigate and Complete the process for close out of all Accident & Incidents Investigation Report
5. Manage safety statistic reporting and regular HSE performance reporting to the HSE Coordinator.

JOB SPECIFICATION

1. Bachelor Degree majoring Occupational Health and Safety from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
2. Having min. 3 years’ experiences as HSE Supervisor, preferable has experience in a Construction Industry and/or Energy
3. Familiar with Indonesian Occupational Health & Safety regulations and legal framework
4. Familiar with HSE Management System in aligned to recognized standard
5. Proficient in Mandarin both oral and written. Able to understand, speak and write Engineering terms in Mandarin
6. Proficient in English both oral and written
7. Good computer literacy in word-processing and spreadsheet software, such as Ms. Word & Excel
8. Ability to think and act strategically and proactively
9. Having strong problem solving skill
10. Good communication and interpersonal skill
11. High motivation and good team work
12. Willing to be located in our Project Site at Mandailing Natal with roster schedule.
