Adaro MetCoal, a subsidiary of Adaro Group of Companies, a leading group of coal mining companies in Indonesia, is looking for some qualified personnel to be based at our site in Central Kalimantan as:

HRGA SUPERVISOR

(1-Year Outsourced Contract)

Qualifications:

1. S1 in Management / Accounting / Finance;
2. ≥2-year experience in Accounting / Finance with some exposure in Audit;
3. ≥3-year experience in Accounting / Finance with some exposure in Audit;
4. Some knowledge in IT;
5. English Proficiency:
6. Good interpersonal & communication skis;
7. Good understanding of Manpower Law & Employee & Industrial Relations Regulations & Issues:
8. Awareness of local culture & cross cultural communication.

Work Challenges:

1. Remote working area with vast mine site area
2. Large number of employees which include Owner's Team's and contractors’ employees
3. Dealing with invoices from HRGA vendors
4. Extreme weather condition on site.
