Civil Earthwork Superintendent - PT. Macmahon Mining Services

PT. Macmahon Mining Services is a multinational mining contractor company and has a combined mining experience including projects throughout Indonesia.

We are seeking motivated, high qualified candidates to join our team for our project in North Sumatra.

Civil Earthwork Superintendent

Requirements

1. Minimum experienced 10 years at civil / earthwork area
2. Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
3. Minimum POP
4. Have the ability of analysis and carry out excavation work planning & calculation analysis
5. Have Dam certificate
6. Understand drainage works, dams and excavation techniques
7. Familiar with Autocad Civil 3D & MS Project
8. Understand the TSF work process in the Gold Mine area

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with engineers, client, etc. to determine project needs
2. Plan construction, drainage works, and dams processes
3. Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget
4. Monitor and report on project progress
5. Implement safety and quality guidelines
