We are looking for

Ass. HRD Manager

Requirements:

• Min. S1 of Psychology from reputable university
• Min. 10 years experiences
• Have experiences in EPCI oil & gas
• Familiar with labor laws
• Familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Familiar with psychological test
• Able to work independently, and as a team whenever needed
• Fluent in English
• Able to work under pressure
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist HR manager in organizing, planning, and implementing HR strategies
• Assist HR manager manage the HR system effectively and efficiently
• Collaborate with management and employees to improve working relationships and increase productivity
• Implement end to end recruitment process
• Review manpower needs and coordinate with departments
• Assist in employee development program
• Assist in arrange policies and carrying out all functions of Human Resource activities
