Superintendent HSE

Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (abbreviated as "HCML") is one of the Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) of Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business (SKK Migas), Ministry of Energy & Minerals, as a representative of the Government of Republic of Indonesia to conduct exploration and exploitation of Oil & Gas in Madura Strait. Our Company is based in Jakarta with operation fields covering some areas in East Java, including Sumenep, Sampang, Pasuruan, and Probolinggo offshore. To sustain its successful operation, the company has also opened its Regional Office in Surabaya.

To support its growth and operations, we are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:

 

Superintendent HSE

(assigned for Drilling)

Responsibilities:

To manage and monitor the implementation of Company safety policies, guidelines, procedures including Process Safety to ensure that Company operational activities and process are conducted in a safe and responsible way and in compliance to stakeholders' policies and government regulations.

The detailed Job Description as follows:

• Prepare and develop HSE Documents related Drilling Campaign such as but not limited to Risk Assessment, Drilling Project Execution Plan (PEP) and HSE Bridging Document
• Deliver Technical Safety Advise related to Drilling Campaign Activities Preparation: Well Design Safety, Drilling Program, Provide HSE Drilling data and professional advice related to Tender Process
• Plan, monitor and coordinate the implementation of Drilling Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Company safety policies, guidelines, procedures to ensure that Company drilling operational activities onsite has conducted in a safe and responsible way and in compliance to stakeholders' policies and government regulations
• Monitor, evaluate and generate report for the HSE KPI Drilling Campaign for each contractor including but not limited to HSE leading activities, VHSEMS Cycle (PJA, WIP, FE) and AWAS Card implementation, to ensure the contractor complied and achieved the target
• Deliver training, promotions, encouraging & rewarding, presenting safety feed backs bulletins, etc. to all HCML operational staff as well as the drilling contractors to promote safety awareness and practices
• Conduct incident investigation, follow-up and tracking of incidents involving Company personnel and drilling campaign contractors and ensures that a follow-up of the validated corrective action is implemented
• Set up Drilling Emergency Response Plans, contingency procedures and organize associated exercises/drills to ensure the validity of the plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Occupational Health Safety (K3), Chemical Engineering, Physics Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 8-10 year's experience in offshore drilling safety function of Oil and Gas industry.
• Knowledge in upstream oil and gas operations and activities.
• Possesses leadership experience.
• Excellent Communication, especially communication in English (verbal and writing).

 

Point of hire & Work Location: Jakarta - Field (Drilling)

Employment Status: Direct Contract
