PT Swarna Bhumi Energi is a national company providing consultant services and manpower for oil and gas industry. We are currently looking for some professional and experienced candidates to fill the position as below:

 

COMPANY MAN DAY & NIGHT

Main job is ensuring the well accordance with the approved drilling program and all operations are completed on time and within budget. This position also expected to oversee the work and scheduling of all third party personnel.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Manage day to day operations of drilling, completions and workovers in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
  2. Working in a team to ensure the safety of all personnel and compliance with all HSE regulations.
  3. Manage day to day activities of the rig contractor personnel and third party contractors
  4. Make recommendations on alternative methods or equipment when unusual situations are encountered
  5. Ensure rig contractor and equipment are properly maintained to avoid downtime
  6. Ensure rig and personnel comply with company's safety standard and procedures.
  7. Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience for Company Man Day and minimum 12 years' experience for Company Man Night in drilling and workover operations, including experience in Jack Up Operations.
  • Having valid IWCF & Basic Sea Survival - please attach the certificates.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams

 

HSE DRILLING SPECIALIST

Main job is to manage HSE functions in practical and administrative matters, related to on-site drilling and completion operations during exploration phase. This position also provides services in technical, administrative and reporting functions to support GDC client in the development, application and continuous improvement of HSE in the respective area.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Ensure practical implementation of client's HSE directives and Client work rules
  2. Provide HSE support and work projects as needed,
  3. Assist rig crew and rig manager in recognizing and minimizing potential hazards and report any areas where assistance is needed for correction deficiencies.
  4. Responsible for observing drill crew in performing critical job, evaluating their performance and correcting deficiencies through the use of best practices, STOP, safety tools, ADA and JSA's. This include stopping the job and showing the drill crew the correct procedure or recommended practices.
  5. Responsible for continuous assessment of HSE Dashboard data to monitor leading and lagging indicators and verify that the information is complete and reported to all key stakeholders as required.
  6. Assist in all aspects of incident investigation, verifying root cause, and verifying that recommended corrective actions are adequate to address the root cause findings
  7. Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HSE field or Equivalent Experience,
  • Minimum 15 years' experience as HSE preferable in oil & gas industry including experience in Jack Up Operations,
  • NEBOSH certificate, valid Basic Sea Survival - please attach the certificates
  • Industry and/or regulatory courses and training,

MATERIAL MAN

Main job is to plan, monitor and manage materials required for projects.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the availability items/equipment and prepare requisition of materials to ensure that they are kept in good conditions and are available at all time.
  2. Ensure quality type and part identification of material received from Warehouse or other rigs are in accordance with the required specification prior to acceptance,
  3. Receive, inspect and manage inventory to ensure the correct items as ordered and are stored in the allocated areas.
  4. Maintain an on-board inventory of Company Owned equipment and keep the stock part system updated during receiving and delivery and inspect the same to report any irregularities.
  5. Coordinates with On-board Service companies and Material Man on other rigs in orders to transfer material from and to warehouse or inter-fields,
  6. Monitors Loading and Offloading Operation.
  7. Prepare the necessary requisitions for spare parts and materials based on the established minimum stock limits as well as keeping accurate records of parts and materials used, transferred, lost or received.
  8. Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma's from a recognized university,
  • Minimum of 10 years' of experience, preferable working on offshore projects, including experience in Jack Up Operations
  • Having valid Basic Sea Survival - please attach the certificate
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to keep track of paperwork.

 

LOGISTIC SPECIALIST

Main job is to manage the components required to mobilize and move personnel, material, equipment to the required point in a safe and timely manner.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for logistics of equipment between multiple locations, vendors and rig sites,
  2. Ensure logistics movement are accurate and up-to-date in the computer system (SAP) including manage SAP as an end user and completed the invoice process.
  3. Ensure alignment of the contractor's material management and logistics activities with rigs activities,
  4. Participation in the identification of logistics and material management risks and associate mitigation plans,
  5. Ensure the relevant transportation and logistics are in place and safe to support material deliveries by contractor,
  6. Forecasts standard inventory usage and routinely orders appropriate quantities,
  7. Acquiring inventory for daily orders and fill shortage from other locations.
  8. Reviewing contractor's procurement reporting to ensure progress is being made toward material deliveries as per the project schedule and equipment contract,
  9. Performing all other duties as assigned.
  10. Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from recognized university in a relevant subject,
  • Experience within Oil and Gas Logistics, preferable working on offshore projects
  • Minimum of 8 years' of experience in oil & gas industry,
  • Experience with SAP is preference,
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to keep track of paperwork.

QA/QC ENGINEER

Drilling QA/QC Specialist is responsible for the delivery of Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities through the active participation in the monitoring, audit and review processes and providing advice on Quality related issues and plans in accordance with company standards. The role also requires the coordination of all inspection services on material, equipment and services pertaining to drilling and completion operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Establishing Quality Plans for the various phases and activities of drilling and completions
  2. Establishing Supplier/Contractor Quality Requirements
  3. Ensure all Supplier/Contractor documentation is verified and in place in accordance with material and equipment specification
  4. Perform QA/QC witnessing, monitoring and load out surveillance services in accordance with industry and company standards
  5. Conduct NCR investigation as required with Focal Point to determine root cause and corrective action.
  6. Undertaking the monitoring and measuring activities to monitor and measure Supplier/Contractor performance
  7. Conducting supplier audits to ensure compliance to quality and contractual requirements
  8. Managing the close out of NCRs arising and review for trends and report to Drilling Superintendent.
  9. Actively support a working culture based on respect for health, safety and environmental issues and maintenance of a high level of asset integrity

Requirement

  • Relevant Bachelor degree from recognized institution
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in oil and gas industry
  • Experience QA/QC process and Quality Management System of working in a Drilling HPHT environment.
  • Practical and hands on experience of drilling equipment and associated components
  • Detail knowledge and experience of QA/QC principles and practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively by way of written reports and presentation to others
  • Excellent communication skills, strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.

 

DRILLING COMPLETION / COMPLETION & WELL TESTING TEAM LEAD

Lead the completion and well testing project to deliver planning, designing and programming of company's completion and well testing activities including cost estimation and cost control ensuring well safety and the use of right technology for well productivity and longevity adhering to Company's HSE standard & policy, quality requirements and government regulations. 

Main Responsibility:

  1. Design completion and well testing program based on consideration of well integrity, completion and testing decision for drilled and or producing well inputted by Exploration/Subsurface/Production.
  2. Coordinate with Subsurface or Exploration in defining the suitable well completion & testing design, operational sequence and cost effectiveness supported by accurate cost breakdown estimates for the wells.
  3. Carry out proper evaluations, studies and reports on any aspects of well completion, testing and service design and operations, with recommendations of new techniques required. To follow up and determine solutions when engineering problems occur during the well completion, testing & service.
  4. Ensure that completion and well testing activities are carried out by rig contractors and service companies meet safety, contractual terms, budgeted costs and are conducted in accordance with good engineering practice.
  5. Coordinate with SCM contract performance management and logistics required for Completion, well testing & well service.
  6. Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 16 years' relevant experience including 5 year's experience to supervise/manage drilling operations.
  • Familiar with project execution and value assurance tools.
  • Strong Knowledge of Upstream and asset performance management processes.
  • Having valid IWCF Well Control Level 4 certificate, please attach the certificate

JR. LEGAL COUNSEL

Perform legal counsel, advisory and expert analysis to support Company's Corporate Secretary in building conducive and effective communication, business deals and engagement between Management, Investors and other external stakeholders

Main Responsibility:

  • Perform legal review and opinion for all documents (such as tender, etc.) as well as legal implications for the business in order to support and improve management decision making to run the business effectively.
  • Perform legal risk assessment and provide legal advice to the management & corporate in order to minimalize legal risks and to protect the corporation from any legal dispute and issues
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts documents on behalf of the company in order to assist & support various business activities securely and bring as much as the benefit to the company
  • Provide legal counsel & protection and handling litigation & non-litigation process to provide legal protection for corporate data and the business in order to secure the effectiveness of the operations
  • Study and review all policies & regulations related investment and capital market (including from OJK) in order to improve legal awareness and investor confidence in the company

SECURITY SYSTEM OFFICER

Main Responsibility:

  • Lead and coordinate site security for Jakarta HO, provide security and protocol covid 19 support.
  • Coordinate guards post, patrol, escort and monitor local situations and provide security analysis recommendation.
  • Conduct security support for Drilling, Operations, Developments and liason to SKKMigas security, Susmar ESDM.
  • Monitor and record security service contracts in company's working areas and coordinate with finance and SCM Department in the procurement process.
  • Assist in planning and cost controlling support for security projects include preparing documents on WP&B to SKKMigas, reviewing JCS from security vendors, and coordinating with related departments to ensure the compliance.
  • Develop and assist preparing Agreement, Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) support related to security function especially with external stakeholders (e.g. SKKMigas, TNI, POLRI, KemenESDM).
  • Develop analysis security integrated patrol system, SOP and security compliance for company's business expansion;
  • Prepare stakeholder report internal and external.
  • Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in social politic, legal, criminology or equivalent.
  • Minimum. 5 years' experience in oil & gas industry
  • Experience as security Supervisor, Guard Force Commander (GFC), Site coordinator, or Project Supervisor.
  • Having Gada Madya security POLRI certification. Please attach the evidence.
  • IT literate and able to operate MS office,
  • Experience in report writing, budget/cost control,
  • Expertise knowledge and skill on technical and tactical in Security Services
  • Skill to lead, supervise and manage Emergency Quick Response in crime related incidents.

OPERATIONS BUSINESS SUPPORT ANALYST

Main Responsibility:

  1. Proactively and collaboratively working with various departments such as but not be limited to operation, engineering, finance, management, and corporate administration.
  2. The area of responsibility will be the focal point of offshore and onshore operation for the external stakeholders,
  3. Scheduling, coordination, facilitation, integration, and minute the external meetings pertinent AFE, PIS, AFE Close out,
  4. Gather and organize documents for the submission of AFE, PIS, AFE close out proposal for SKK Migas approvals,
  5. Track to assure the progression of AFE, PIS, AFE Close out including any actions' close out from the initiation proposal, submission for approvals, until AFE is closed out,
  6. Prepare, process, distribute and archive the communication and other official correspondences.
  7. Gather, track and control all Operation Support team related documents, drawings and correspondences
  8. Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly status reports to the internal and external stakeholder
  9. Follow personal safety as per HSE procedures in day-to-day activities

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferable Engineering background
  • Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in interface management, external communication, information management and project controls.
  • Preferable 5 years' experience (minimum) in oil & gas industry,
  • Good understanding and familiarity on WP&B, AFE, PIS and AFE Close out requirement and processing.
  • Experience with PTK-007 will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge in business process & workflow of operation in oil & gas industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Proficiency in MS Office, finance application (SAP), and data management software
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Writing technical skills will be an advantage.
