1. Job Title: Project Engineer/Manager Solar Power Plant

Sumbawa, 10 months

• Managed the local contractor team on site to execute the cold and hot installation commissioning activities in accordance to the commissioning plans and project schedule
• Coordination with the client, local contractors that all electrical pertaining to the PV strings and Tracker systems installation in all subfields complies with the Indonesia Standards and electrical code of practice.
• Provide technical support and solutions to technical queries from the client and subcontractors onsite.
• Coordinate and provide support to Supplier (Contractor) for the configuration of system network communication and integration with SCADA system
• Ensure Quality and Commissioning plans are strictly adhered by the team and any nonconformance were rectified prior to system energization.
• Monitor progress and completion to align with project schedules, critical path & milestones. Provide contingency plan if needed when project delayed.
• Submissions of weekly report reports and handover deliverables to the clients.

Requirements:

• Willing to work in Sumbawa and no rotation
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5 years working experienced in Power Plant
• Reporting to Regional Project Manager
• Experience in Project Management in Solar PV Project
• Work with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Company for Project delivery

2. Job Title: Safety Officer/Engineer Solar Power Plant

Sumbawa, 10 months

• Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspect of operations during the construction & commissioning stages on this PV Solar Farm Project
• Coordination with the Project Manager / Engineer (Trina), and Local Contractor's Safety Officer concerning all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) relative incidents and conduct safety investigations if accident happen.
• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety & Health regulations and statutory requirements within Indonesia Code of Safety & Health.
• Conduct Toolbox Meeting and Monthly HSE meeting cojoint with Local Contractor 's Safety Officer
• Participating in continuing education and training led by the Local Contractor Safety Officer to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and best practices.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate safety measures in accordance with Workplace health and Safety Act (Indonesia)
• He will act as backup Project Engineer on site to support the Project Manager (PM) for management roles if PM is not available.

Requirements:

• Willing to work in Sumbawa and no rotation
• Registered as Safety Officer (Certification); Project Management skills added value.
• 4 5 years working experienced in Power Plant
• Reporting to Project Engineer
• Experience in MV/HV /LV Electrical Projects
• To be able to converse in Indonesia and English teams; First Aid training & Working at Heights
• Added to have experience in some project management skills.
• Power; Experience in Solar Renewable Energy will be added value
• Capacity of 25MWp Solar Farm

 

3. Job Title: Civil/Structural CAD Drafter Solar Power

Sumbawa, 10 months

• Revise and update existing drawings onsite according to Indonesia Codes (SNI) of civil and architecture related as to correlate to the actual site measurement and any requirements.
• Compute mathematical formulas to find correct dimensions and create the correct model in CAD.
• Coordination with the Project Manager / Engineer (Trina) for all relevant matter pertaining to drawings and documentation for the project onsite.
• Provide technical support and solutions to technical queries concerning the drawings from the client and subcontractors onsite.
• Communicate with Engineering Team in (Singapore) office to coordinate the design, progress and production of the project.

Requirements:

• Willing to work in Sumbawa and no rotation
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering; preferably Architecture
• 5 years working experience in Power Plant
• Able to manage 3 4 persons in a team
• Report to Project Manager/Engineer onsite
• Experience in AUTOCAD drawing in Solar PV Project
• Preferably Work with Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Company for Engineering design
• Civil and architecture background and preferably knowledgeable on electrical.

• Working Experienced in Capacity of 25MWp Solar Farm

 

4. Job Title: Electrical QA QC Engineer Solar Power

Sumbawa, 6 months

• Prepare checklist and guidelines for QA/QC Inspection for installation and commissioning activities in accordance to the project proposal and commissioning plans, with recommended necessary corrective actions
• Coordination with the Project Engineer, and Local Contractor concerning all electrical quality assurance & control pertaining to the Electrical of the PV systems installation in all subfields complies with the Indonesia Standards and electrical code of practice.
• Provide technical support and solutions to technical queries from the client and subcontractors onsite.
• Do inspection, test and sample material or assembled parts on the Electrical section of the project, especially on the MV/HV part.
• Ensure Quality and Commissioning plans are strictly adhered by the team and any nonconformance were rectified prior to system energization.
• Monitor progress and completion to align with quality standard as per project requirement

Requirements:

• Willing to work in Sumbawa and no rotation
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering; experience in QA/QC field.

5. Job Title: Civil QA QC Engineer Solar Power

Sumbawa, 6 months

• Prepare checklist and guidelines for QA/QC Inspection for installation and commissioning activities in accordance to the project proposal and commissioning plans, with recommended necessary corrective actions
• Coordination with the Project Engineer, and Local Contractor concerning all civil quality assurance & control pertaining to the Civil & Structural of the PV systems installation in all subfields complies with the Indonesia Standards and civil code of practice.
• Provide technical support and solutions to technical queries from the client and subcontractors onsite.
• Do inspection, test and sample material or assembled parts on the Civil & Structural section of the project
• Ensure Quality and Commissioning plans are strictly adhered by the team and any nonconformance were rectified prior to system energization.
• Monitor progress and completion to align with quality standard as per project requirement

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in CIvil Engineering; experience in QA/QC field.
• 2 3 years working experienced in Power Plant
• Experience in QA/QC (Civil) in Solar PV Project

• Civil background and knowledge in Structural and Architecture work
• Civil & Structural; Experience in Solar Renewable Energy will be added value
• Working experienced in Capacity of 25MWp Solar Farm

6. Job Title: Environmental Lead

Bintuni, 12 months

• 10+ years working experience in HSE
• Excellent knowledge in AMDAL, applicable Indonesia regulation, applicable international and industrial practices and regulation, and the ability to implement and apply COMPANY environmental standards and practices
• Prepare and submit environmental reporting to authority e.g. festronik
• Must have previous experience conducting and leading internal environmental audit, develop and implement EMP
• Formal training in general environmental protection and ISO 14001
• Minimum bachelor degree of relevant environmental, science or engineering academic from COMPANY recognized educational institution
• Good in English, both in oral and written

 

7. Job Title: Junior Cost Controller

Timika 12 months

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in appropriate engineering disciplined and 3+ years related experience in engineering/construction
• Must be a good communicator, a working understanding of Microsoft applications in particular Excel
• Experience in Coal or Oil and Gas Industry

Responsibilities:

• Under general supervision, provides project control support as required to the cost lead and project controls manager which will include: general project management functions, cost and schedule analysis, and project reporting.
• Describe the fundamental duties and functions of the position
• Assist Senior / Cost Controller for larger projects by performing analysis and compiling information
• Preparation of project backup for invoicing and administration of the invoicing process
• Assist on internal and external invoice approval
• Followup on manhours and cost monitoring for the updates of changes to the forecast
• Assist in processing and monitoring project change notices and reporting of changes through Change Management System.
• Assist in Monthly Project Cost Report computation
• Follow up reimbursable costs
• Increase other Department awareness of the Cost Control function
• Review contractor equipment logs, time sheets, supplier invoices and contracts to check that equipment and personnel are being utilized as specified.

 

8. Job Title: Project Reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in appropriate engineering disciplined and 5+ years related experience in engineering/construction
• Highly organized - should have a passion for organization, strong experience with excel and working with large datasets, experience managing multiple responsibilities with time sensitive deadlines, comfortable working in a fluid environment where visions and requirements may change, ability to work independently, or to work with technical staff with a collaborative, handson approach
• Experience in Coal or Oil and Gas Industry

Responsibilities:

• Under minimal supervision, provides project control support as required to the project controls manager which will include: general project management functions, cost and schedule analysis, and project reporting.
• Describe the fundamental duties and functions of the position
• Refine and/or develop systems to efficiently compile data from multiple sources, manage this collection and develop reporting methods to drive transparency and clarity of the status of the expansion project and facilitate overall performance management
• Ensure accuracy of data reporting quality and consistency
• Provide ongoing optimization of the project reporting system/s and data management
• Drive reporting and data management best practices throughout a multifunctional team
• Tailor reporting of key performance indicators (KPI s) to a variety of audiences (executive team level down to individual project contributor level).
• Work productively with a diverse group of teams (engineers, purchasing, receiving and operations) daily
• Be proactive and able to find efficiencies across multiple business functions.

 

9. Job Title: Expat • Lead Cost/Estimator

Timika, 12 months

Summary:

Plan, coordinate, implement, and execute corporate InEight Hard Dollar estimating software and provide all estimating and proposal deliverables for right•of•way ("ROW") and Power Delivery projects with all types of contracts ranging from time and materials, unit price, and lump sum while providing technical and administrative direction to ensure division, group, and corporate objectives are met while developing and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.  Executes our Core Values and Priorities - Integrity, Safety, Quality, and Production to guide our business practices that ensures P&J is committed to a Zero Incident Philosophy of no harm to person, property, the environment, or our reputation.

Requirements:

• Regional Expat or KITAS Holder preferred
• Extensive knowledge of estimating software such as InEight Hard Dollar or HCSS Heavy Bid; InEight Hard Dollar Experience Preferred
• Knowledge of design, estimating, construction, finance, and management.

Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards and activities.   

• Accounting (math and recordkeeping) to include the ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts and operations as needed to examine construction operations including algebra, geometry, and trigonometry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in utilizing Google Earth, Esri ArcGIS, Bluebeam Revu, ShareFile, FTP Sites, and similar software; Esri ArcGIS Experience is Preferred.
• Effective communication (oral, written, presentation, listening).
• Effective motivational and supervisory skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical specifications, drawings, financial reports, and legal documents.
• 10+ years' experience in similar construction estimating, cost control, or management role with related functions plus thorough knowledge of corporate objectives impacting estimating, estimating strategies and techniques, and construction contracts is required.
• Ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts plus the ability to coordinate and supervise group work is essential.

Responsibilities:

• May directly supervise up to 3 team members. Assist in establishing bid teams, prebid meeting attendance, making work assignments, and implementing / monitoring the progress of estimates and proposals. Mentoring of junior estimating team members.

 

10. Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

Timika, Expatriate, 12 months

Provide commercial support to the project team, maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and ensure that the Company's objectives are achieved. They will liaise with customer representatives and other third parties on commercial issues including agreement of variations, claims and any additional payments.

• Reporting ensure robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit level
• Ensure accurate cash flow reporting takes place
• Carry out cost management including forecasting Update the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plans and have accountability, along with the project team for the commercial performance and strategy processes
• Help ensure that commercial processes are adhered to across the business unit
• Actively seek to improve processes and procedures
• Have a good understanding of the processes and procedures used by any JV/Alliance and assist in their development and improvement
• Ensure that any main contracts entered into have terms and conditions that are appropriate with commercial risks identified
• Ensure that the supply chain are engaged appropriately with the correct contract terms and conditions
• Ensure that good client relationships are fostered
• Be responsible for subcontract letting, negotiation and financial accounting Internal relationships
• Effectively assist in managing the commercial team, including cost clerks and commercial support staff
• Ensure effective interaction between the commercial team and the operational site teams
• Supervise and mentor Quantity Surveyors
• Accurate monthly forecasting
• Ability to challenge resources and costs
• Maintaining deadlines in line with monthly commercial calendar

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCad.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• FullTime position(s) available.
• Proficiency in local tendering and estimation experience is strongly encourage to apply.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in managing multiple projects within tight timeline.
