1. Job Title:  Field Quantity Surveyor Refinery

Balikpapan 24 months 5 personnel

Job description:

• Verify Bill of Quantities including Quantity take‐off refer to Construction Drawing
• Join Survey with Contractors to verify progress claims submitted by Contractors.
• Liaise with Contractor's QS on progress payments and variation orders.
• Measurement, Taking-Off of Quantities, familiar with Bill of Quantities, etc.
• Identify additional and subtraction of quantities
• Assist Project Reporting Coordinator in monitoring physical progress
• Attend Site Meetings and take charge of all clients' request / feedbacks

Requirements:

• Willing to work in Balikpapan
• Expertise in Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical Project.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Control Systems Engineering
• 7+ years experiences in Construction Stage

2. Job Title:Field Engineer Offshore - Lawe-Lawe

Balikpapan 24 Months; No rotation

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Naval Engineering.
• 8+ years' experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has experience in the field supervisory of offsite, utilities and offshore facilities in refinery is preferred.
• Has a proven ability to ensure successful and timely completion of Construction projects with high quality and client satisfaction.
• Has an excellent knowledge of the latest edition of relevant internationally recognized Codes and Standards.
• Has ability to maintain effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed Engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Excellent knowledge about Indonesian's Oil and Gas Rules and Regulation upon project assignment.
• Has a good medical record.
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

Responsibilities:

• The Field Engineer Offshore - Lawe-Lawe reports to the Project Field Engineering Manager on a day to day basis and functionally shall report to the Refinery Construction Manager.
• Monitor Offshore - Lawe-Lawe activities of EPC contractor and subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures.
• Responsible for the implementation of corporate / project policies, procedures and instructions within assigned operations.
• Ensures all safety codes, site specific procedures, requirements and standards are being complied with.
• Oversight and monitoring of the implementation by EPC contractor and subcontractors of Offshore - Lawe-Lawe work packages, from approval through work package closeout and testing.
• Anticipates potential problem areas, analyzes and recommends solutions or corrective actions.
• Works with resident operating personnel to coordinate implementation of Offshore - Lawe-Lawe activities.
• Verify Offshore - Lawe-Lawe items are installed per the drawings, standards and specifications.
• Punch List and document defective items and maintain reports.
• Verify Red Line Documents.
• Provide guidance to QA on NCR's.
• Interface with KPB and PMC Engineering Team as required.
• Attend site safety walks on a weekly basis.
• Manage responses of site queries and requests from the EPC Contractors in a timely manner.
• Liaise with Site Personnel, Contractors and Procurement team to obtain schedule and progress information, help develop schedules and report trends, highlight issues and trends that have the potential to impact project progress.
• Verify Contractor progress claims and claims for variations.
• Provide construction guidance and input to the EPC detailed design.
• Participate in constructability and risk reviews.
• Provide strategic guidance to the EPC construction and management personnel.
• Ensure the EPC contractor has developed and implemented the required execution plans and procedures.

 

3. Job Title: Naval Architect Engineer

Balikpapan, 12 months; No rotation

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Naval Engineering
• Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old.
• 8+ years' experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has experience as SPM / Naval Architect Supervisor especially construction of the of entire offshore facility of SPM and mooring, specifications, performing mooring and SPM buoy design analysis, reviewing and implementing government regulations and industry codes.
• Must have a working knowledge of the applicable codes and standards, and working knowledge of the applicable software to the SPM & Mooring design.
• It has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for Pipeline System in gas processing plants and utility facilities
• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs
• Has experience in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Management System.
• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and contractor and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Has a good medical record

4. Job Title: Field Electrical Engineer Refinery

Balikpapan, 24 months No rotation

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
• Max 55 (fifty-five) years old
• 10+ (ten) years' experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has professional certificate of competency in electrical power system
• Has a wide range of experience in the Electrical engineering with specific in design and planning for Electrical Power Generating System, Power System Analysis (ETAP Software Program) System, Power
• Has experience to developed Electrical design basis, conceptual design of underground facilities and standard drawings and controlled all the Electrical design activities through the project execution.
• Has Experience in Electrical Distribution System including an integrated electrical power management system.
• Has Experience as Lead Electrical Engineer
• Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as:
• o International Electrotechnical Commission ( IEC)
• o American National standards Institute (ANSI),
• o American Petroleum Institute (API),
• o National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA),
• o National Fire Protection association (NFPA)

5. Job Title: Field ICSS Engineer Refinery

• At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Instrument/Control Engineering
• 7 (seven) years' experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).
• Has a wide range of experience in the Instrument/Control engineering with specific in design and planning for Instrument/Control especially for RFCC, hydrotreating, reforming, and hydrocracking plant include Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) and Emergency Shutdown System (ESD)
• Has experience to develop Instrument/Control design basis, conceptual design of Instrument/Control and standard drawings and controlled all the Instrument/Control design activities through the project execution.
• Has Experience in Major Instrument/Control system design.
• Has Experience as Lead Instrument/Control Engineer
• Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as API, ANSI, ISA, IEC, NEMA, NFPA, NEC, NFPA 70, IEEE, and ICEA.

Requirements:

• 10+ years minimum industry experiences ( Oil & Gas )
• Expertise as Construction Manager or Superintendent in Refinery project
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

Requirements:

• Regional Asia or KITAS Holder preferred
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument Engineering
• Max. 60 (sixty) years old with good with good medical record clearance
• 10+ (ten) years' experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, LNG, Shutdown, and Turnaround Project.
• 3+ years' experience with off shore subsea pipelines
• Has experience in refinery and petrochemical plant construction preferably large diameter tank with pipeline utilities.
• Has experience in refinery and petrochemical construction for at least 5 years.
• Has experience to conduct training, prepare manual, procedure for Start Up Plant Construction Method
• Has experience in HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) Management System
• Has working knowledge for computer programs application in design activities
• Has an excellent knowledge of the latest edition of relevant internationally recognized Codes and Standards.
• Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and Contractor and good coordination work to completed construction in mechanical activities in accordance with schedule requirements.
• Has ability in quality management and schedule and man-hour control of the Mechanical equipment work and pipeline work

• Sign off system turnover documents
• Act as leader in PSSR reviews
• Provide guidance to OA on NCR's
• Interface with Pertamina and PMC Engineering Team as required
• Attend site safety walks on a weekly basis
• Manage responses of site queries and requests from the EPC Contractors In a timely manner

• Liaise and align with the Pertamina Construction Manager on a daily basis

8. Job Title: Project Reporting Coordinator Refinery

Balikpapan 24 months

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree
• 7+ (seven) years applicable experience in the Project Control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.
• Has experience in updating and reporting project's monthly progress (Schedule Level I, Level II, Level III).
• Has experience in developing the man power histograms for each project and work location.
• Has experience in subcontract and purchase order report.
• has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices
• has been principal engineer responsible for the reporting of similar projects
• Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the CPM schedule to determine potential areas of slippage and corrective action to be taken.
• Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

 

9. Job Title: HSE Officer Risk Management

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe; 12 months

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in HSE in Oil/Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical
• Bachelor Degree - Environmental Engineering or Diploma - Occupational Safety and Health
• Perform Risk Assessment Management i.e. Bow Tie ; HAZID and HAZOP ; Safety and Environment Critical Element (SECE)
• Ensure the effectiveness of implementation on Contractor EHS Management Plan focusing on High Risk Contractors
• Prepare and manage Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (Significant Hazard Risk Register-SHRR ; Job Risk Assessment etc )
• To manage all HSE matter such as Incident Investigation, Risk Assessment, HSE Behavior Program, HSE Management Meeting etc.
• Conduct Risk Assessment for critical job.

 

10. Job Title: Assistant HSE Manager

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe; 12 months

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in HSE in Oil/Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical
• Bachelor Degree - Environmental Engineering or Diploma - Occupational Safety and Health
• To provide leadership in the implementation of the project HSSE Management Systems and provide support to the project management team. Works daily with the Refinery Construction Manager and functionally to the Project HSSE Manager.
• Establish the project HSSE culture and minimum HSSE expectations of the ERG contractor(s). The HSSE Manager must ensure the necessary HSSE processes and procedures are in place for the project, leading by example and in accordance with the Client's OneWay Integrity framework along with the approved project HSSE Plan.
• Preform a GAP analyses and approve the EPC contractor's safety plan
• Develop the project HSSE strategy and provide leadership in the implementation of the project HSE management systems in accordance with local legislative requirements.
• Develop and continuously improve the strategic HSSE project plans in alignment with Client's and Pertamlna corporate HSSE management systems.
• Recruit and allocate necessary HSSE resources and direct a team of project HSSE professionals.
• Ensures the project operates within Client's Corporate and Pertamina and legislative HSSE requirements and expectations.
• Act as a liaison and provide interpretation of appropriate OH&S legislation as it applies to the project.
• Provide guidance on the project incident management protocol inclusive of root cause analysis and identification of preventative measures.
• Track and report project HSSE performance metrics inclusive of both leading/lagging indicators and analyze trends based on continuous improvement.
• Take a leading role in project emergency preparedness planning specific to potential emergency scenarios.
