We are looking for

Procurement Specialist (for Tender)

Job Requirements:

1. Female, min. Bachelor Degree
2. Min. 15 years experiences as Procurement Specialist
3. Have experiences in EPCIC oil and gas, renewable, refinery company
4. Extensive knowledge with vendor supply chains
5. Fluent in English

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review costs, develop relationships with vendors, and offer suggestions from where and how much material to buy
2. Update Procurement Vendor List
3. Compare prices amongst various vendors and negotiate with vendors in order to get competitive price and delivery time
4. Review and analyze all vendor final price options in Commercial Bid Evaluation form
5. Estimate and establish procurement cost for tender
6. Handle all varieties of procurement work
