TAX OPERATION & VERIFICATION

(CODE:MINERGYNEWS TAX OP VER ITM)

Basic Job Purpose:

Assist Tax Operation & Verification Head in executing Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk and its subsidiaries’ about all tax transactions, tax reporting and tax audit process, incl. guarantee all tax transaction process have met ITMG's tax standard operating procedures & related tax regulation in order to protect company’s interests and ITMG business.

Job Description

1. Ensure VAT, WHT, Corporate Income Tax and Land Tax payment process are executed according to tax regulation and ITMG's Tax ¢ Ensure the company obligation in producing routine report as required by tax regulation.
2. Ensure tax documentation & Filling of all related tax transaction is executed according to ITMG tax SOP.
3. Provide full support in tax audit, maintain good communication with tax officials and ensure the smoothness of tax audit process.
4. Ensure the compliance of tax operation according to Standard Operation Procedure.
5. Maintain good relationship with tax authority and tax consultant, in order to keep updated on tax regulation & tax issues.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree from Accounting or Tax major.
2. At least 3 years’ experience as Tax Superintendent or relevant.
3. Expertise in tax regulation in general and in mining industry.
4. Having good knowledge regarding Tax Treaty.
5. Certified Tax (Brevet A and B).
6. Good relationship with tax authorities, government officials, and tax consultant.
7. Familiar with Ms. Office.
8. Fluent in English; speaking and writing

 

COMPLIANCE HEAD

(CODE:MINERGYNEWS COMP HD ITM)

Basic Job Purpose:

Assist management in achieving strategic objective by managing the governance and compliance of Business activities in order to protect the company through maintaining the level of compliance and to secure the operation license as well as to create value, ethics and beliefs by controlling the system and build the behavioral norms for sustainability of the business.

Job Responsibility:

1. Implement and perform of compliance management system to achieve company objective and continuous improvement in the organization.
2. Promote, lead and manage people to increase the compliance awareness and culture in the organization.
3. Identify, analyze, review, and monitor relevant law and regulation that will impact to the company’s business activities, also provide advice and recommendation to organization regarding compliance aspect in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and compliance obligations to ensure the sustainability of the business.
4. Build organization’s capabilities to understand and implement properly of applicable laws and regulations and compliance obligations.
5. Monitor the compliance risks Management in accordance with laws and regulations and compliance obligations

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree from Law graduates.
2. 10+ years’ experience in Legal & Compliance.
3. Experience in Mining industry preferred.
4. Excellent in Risk Management, Legal, Regulation,and Compliance Management System.
5. Proven track of strong leadership & people management.
6. Fluent in English & familiar with Ms. Office.

 

LEGAL COUNSEL (Litigation Specialist)

(CODE:MINERGYNEWS LEGAL LITIGATION ITM)

Basic Job Purpose:

• Manage the disputes and litigation, as well as give advice to the company about litigation matters.

Job Description

1. Managing litigation and non litigation cases
2. Providing relevant strategies related to the litigation or dispute settlement time-line.
3. Ensuring all documentations and operation work leading to the litigation process are well structured and prepared.
4. Representing the Company in assigned disputes and litigation cases, appear before the court, or other Indonesian’s law enforcement bodies as maybe required.
5. Monitoring the litigation process to reach the desired end goal, including working closely with external counsel.
6. Keeping the management and other relevant parties updated with any specific progress and/or outputs
7. Frequent travels will be required.
