We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

TRAINING MANAGER

Assignment: Timika, Papua
Responsible to manage and implement the strategic planning of Training Center program which is consist of HSE training. Asset training and others. through competency based training to ensure the employee's competencies at all level

Requirements:

• Min bachelor degree in any majors. from reputable local university / overseas
• Min 8 (eight) years professional experience in People Development / HR area, in of which 5 (five) years in managerial positions, especially in Asset and/or Technical training
• Excellent leadership and managerial skill
• Good communication skill, to interact with all different people of diverse cultural backgrounds
• Excellent networking skill, especially in training and education
• Has strong exposure as a trainer for mining operation on project
• Able to create own module / syllabus for sustainable program (Petrosea property right)
• Willingness to work beyond normal working hours to achieve objectives
• Lead by example and improve efficiencies within the team members. effective manpower utilization . implement best practices.

TRAINING SUPERINTENDENT

Assignment: Timika, Papua
Develop, monitor, measure and evaluate all Asset training program and its implementation to ensure all Asset personnel knowledge. skills and their work practices comply with Company policy, Government regulation and other requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree in any disciplines
• Minimum 10 years experienced in heavy equipment industry, especially maintenance training area
• Has strong exposure to develop maintenance trainer, training program of heavy equipment
• Able to create own training modules/assessment for sustainable maintenance training program
• Good computer skill in Microsoft environment and other related application
• Good command in English both oral & written
• Good leadership skits
• Good team work.
