PT Sumbawa Timur Mining (STM) is the owner of the Hu’u Project 7th generation Contract of Work (CoW) and Geothermal Preliminary & Exploration Survey Assignment in Hu’u District, Dompu Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. It is a joint venture between Eastern Star Resources Pty Ltd (80%), a 100%-owned subsidiary of Vale SA, and PT Antam Tbk (20%).

PT Sumbawa Timur Mining whose site based in Hu’u, Dompu, NTB is looking for:

 

HR Assistant

This position is site - based with 4/2 roster and 12 months contract under third party.

Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of administrative or general support duties on site of a highly responsible and confidential nature to the HR team including personnel policies and practices, i.e. hiring, compensation, benefits and training.

Requirements:

• Must possess bachelor degree in any major
• At least 3-6 years experiences as HR Generalist, preferably experiences working at site
• Preferably experiences in Industrial Relations
• Good in English

 

Senior Security Advisor.

This position is site - based with 4/2 roster and 12 months contract under third party

Senior Security Adviser will manage the provision and daily administration of all operational security activities associated with the Hu’u Project. This includes the oversight and management of security manpower contractors and oversight for the security of other contractors. The adviser will be responsible for the security of all personnel and assets. Also ensure that security policies and activities will be implemented in accordance with the overall project schedule.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree and Gada Utama Indonesian police certification
2. Minimum 8 years working experience in mining security
3. Knowledge of relevant legislation & requirements
4. Experience providing security related advice to line managers Experience working in mining/exploration environment
5. Experience in operational and security solution implementation to support operational needs
6. Knowledge of OHS so as to be able to assist the OHS team
7. Experience in conducting / leading investigations
8. Experience in intelligence gathering and analysis
9. Experience in managing security manpower providers
10. Experience in developing security SOPs, plans, and other documents
11. Knowledge of Crisis Emergency Management
12. Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)

 

Finance Services Assistant focused in A/P.

This position is site - based with 4/2 roster and 12 months contract under third party.

Responsibilities:

1. Receiving incoming invoice and faktur pajak from suppliers and issue invoice receipt and obtain wet/electronic approval prior to payment
2. Check invoices, prepare payment voucher and completed by related supporting documents prior to approval payment
3. Create or update records with new files and information; sort all invoices alphabetically and according to content, dates, etc.
4. Develop an efficient hard and soft e-filing management system to make updating and retrieving files easier and properly maintenance
5. Process Invoice in SAP (T Code MIRO) prior to do supplier payment
6. Distribute tax payment slip to supplier after invoice payment for those invoices withholding tax deduction
7. Perform monthly physical stock take and yearly fixed asset count in cooperation with warehouse and logistic staff and site coordinator

Requirements:

• Minimum experience 5 years in related job
• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or taxation
• Experienced using SAP and other accounting software
• Good in English
