FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX for FACTORY (FAT Factory)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions and participate in invoicing process
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable, update internal systems with financial data and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements, participate in financial audits and track bank deposits and payments
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Provide recommendations and improve systems & procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Assisting with budget preparation and reviewing and implementing financial policies

Min. Requirements:

• Male of Female with max. 35 y.o
• S-1/S-2 Accounting from reputable University with Brevet A & B Certificate
• Have experience min. 10 years with 5 years in Supervisory Level from manufactur industries.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting principles and procedures
• Experience and familiar using financial software and have advanced MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of financial and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills and have managerial skills
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

 

PLANT & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER DEPT. HEAD

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations in our plant facility and to ensure safety and efficiency of the facility
• Maintain efficient quality of all products within required budget and prepare schedule
• Ensure adherence to all timeframe and budget and assist to maintain all buildings and equipment’s
• Provide support to all facility activities and prepare profit plans for plant and ensure compliance to all budgets and manage communication for all management and supervise performance for same.
• Ensure compliance to all schedule for machines and facilities and assist in installation of all equipments
• Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports, maintain all administrative records and control costs to achieve company budget goals

Min. Requirements:

• Male with max. 35 y.o
• Min. Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 10 years as maintenance mechanic from Power Plant / Oil and Gas / Manufactur industry Preferably as supervisor / coordinator.
• Have Strong Leadership and Analytical thingking
• Have depth knowledge of plant equipment maintenance management, Air Handling Equipment, Construction Equipment & Supplies
• Understand Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management System & Maintenance Process
• Have good knolwlede to workshop set up, fuel stations, lube stations, and fixed plant experience
• Good understanding of Maintenance schedule & Unschedule
• Willing to work in Samarinda without roster leave
• Computer Literate (Ms. Office)

 

CHEMICAL PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT / TSD

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Creating and enhancing products that fill a niche in the market or allow their clients to remain competitive
2. making market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive
3. Supporting manufacturing and design activities by developing prototypes for products in development
4. Provide accurate monthly forecasts as to key customer demand and new/lost business impacts
5. Establish account development plans and network resources up, down and across both the customer's organization and this company
6. monitoring product evaluations at key accounts to maximize business potential
7. participate in strategy development, help position the business and develop the offer.

Min. Requirements:

1. Male/Female, max. 32 y.o
2. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or Physics with have min. 2 years’ experience at Sales/Bussiness Marketing
3. Good business sense, Bussiness process, have good communication and analytical skills
4. Have many literate about marketable product in chemical industries
5. have extensive familiarity with prototyping processes and best practices using a variety of rapid prototyping tools and machinery
6. have strong design skills and should understand how product components and materials work together both functionally and aesthetically
7. Good presentation, documentation, and reporting skills
8. Willing to work in Samarinda without roster leave

 

CHEMICAL (PROCESS) ENGINEER

Duties and Responsibilities:

• supervising plant operations, Improve the process effectivity, efficiency, and safety in the following areas
• investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems
• scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines and within financial budgets
• Develop and implement actions to continually improve equipment performance, lower operating costs, increase the quality of operations, and drive energy and waste reduction
• Develop process understanding using design of experiments to determine solvent exchange, kinetics and reactions
• Prepare process design and equipment specifications, design review of design documents and leads the construction, commissioning, & start-up activities at plant facilities.
• Coordinate with maintenance to schedule preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades, and non-urgent part replacement
• Coordinate with Quality and Process Engineers to correct discrepancies captured by the notification process

Min. Requirements:

• Male/Female, max. 32 y.o
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry Engineering with have min. 2 years’ experience at Process Engineer from Chemical production and process companies (such as: pharmaceutical, consumer goods, synthetics, plastics, paints and polymer manufacturers, water treatment industry, and Oil refining/petrochemical companies and associated service and contractor companies
• An aptitude for and interest in chemistry
• IT and numeracy skills
