Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site - are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation :

 

OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE CONTROL SUPERINTENDENT (CODE : OCCS-X/20)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

The role forms part of first line of defence and will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of operational compliance and regulatory reporting duties. The primary focus of the role will be to take ownership and be responsible to ensure that the project is running accordingly and comply with all relevant regulation in each step of business process.

Duties :

• Develop and ensure the tailored compliance management system has been implemented within all Toka Tindung Gold Project areas;
• Perform regulatory reviews from an operational perspective;
• Acts as a key regulatory point of contact;
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of operations, policies, procedures and regulatory issues in assigned and related operational areas;
• Develop, implement, maintain and enhance programs to ensure ongoing compliance and process Improvements;
• Consult with other departments, management and service providers to resolve issues, overcome barriers and maintain integrity of databases;
• Develop and present training to staff outside of the department, management and officials as required and as needed;
• Brief organisation on regulatory requirements & impact on Toka Tindung Gold Project;

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of at least 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience;
2. Able to coordinate multiple priorities and maintain organization;
3. Able to write and verbalize communications clearly and effectively;
4. Able to interpret local, state, and federal regulations and experience implementing regulatory requirements;
5. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

 

OHS TRAINER & ASSESSOR (CODE : OTA-X/20)

Location : Toka Tindung

OHS Trainer & Assessor is the key driver in ensuring that awareness and competency-base OHS trainings are delivered to all employees and contractors effectively and also ensure OHS training materials are developed and updated from time to time in accordance to legal and standard requirements.

Duties :

• Develop and regularly review OHS training need analysis (TNA) that cover all OHS aspects or employees and contractors;
• Develop OHS training program to achieve company objectives and target;
• Conduct OHS awareness and competency training that includes general site induction, area specific induction (mining, process plant and exploration), high risk activities and other trainings required by SMKP, relevant regulation and standards;
• Deliver the OHS trainings in various method including online training via zoom or other online platform in Bahasa and English;
• Conduct OHS procedure socialisation to all employees and contractors;
• Regularly evaluate and analyse the result of training implementation of and follow up the improvement actions;
• Develop OHS training materials that includes lesson plan, presentation (PowerPoint or video) and assessments;
• Regularly plan and report the OHS training activities daily, weekly and monthly as per the reporting requirements in timely manner;
• Ensure all training administration such as employee training requests, schedule, attendance and assessments documented at OHS administration;
• Update and maintain all OHS training records electronically in Training database (INX Intuition) and archived at OHS Filing rooms;
• Assess new OHS trainer to deliver OHS training program and coordinate with other trainers;
• Become a part of emergency response team in responding emergency situation and delivering ERT training when required.

Requirements:

• Graduated from occupational health and safety;
• Has experience minimum 3 years developing and delivering OHS training in Mining Industrial;
• Have English skill written and verbal - Intermediate to advance preferred
• Has competency Certification Train the trainer BNSP Certificate, Ahli K3, POP / POM / POU, Implementation SMKP, Auditor SMKP and implementation ISO45001:2018;
• Has Knowledge of firefighting, rescue and first aid techniques, emergency response equipment, and advanced first aid skills.
• Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

SENIOR GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER (CODE: SGE-XI/20)

(Location: Toka Tindung)

Senior Geotechnical Engineer will provide Geotechnical Study and Geotechnical Assessment for Sustainable Mining.

Duties:

• Geotechnical Monitoring (Inclinometer, radar, prisms, extensometer, VWP;
• Mapping (Windows or Cell Mapping) by RMR or GSI;
• Geotechnical core logging and sampling;
• Slope stability analysis (Rock Science or GeoStudio);
• Updating Geotechnical Management Plan.

Requirements:

1. Graduated minimum bachelor's degree or Geology/Mining/Civil Engineering;
2. Minimum has experience 2 years as Senior Geotechnical Engineer;
3. Familiar with wall mapping and rock mass properties;
4. Has Intermediate skill level in Geotechnical software;
5. Has good communication skills in English (Written & Verbal);
6. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.
