PT. Bhimasena Power Indonesia, are a newly established foreign investment company, as the power plant that will supply for 2 X 1000 MW located in Central Java, Indonesia. We are the first Coal-Fired Power Plant IPP Project in Indonesia using Ultra Super Critical (USC) Technology, the cleanest and most environmentally-friendly coal-burning technology which is one of the largest in Asia.

ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER (ACT-ENG)

Responsibility :

• Monitoring construction progress for buildings and structure
• Manage a QC for concrete work and steel structure work
• Checking for QC in finishing work building
• Conduct witness inspection at site and report the results

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Architectural or Civil Engineering from reputable University
• Having minimum ten (10) years working experience in Architectural/Civil Engineering field with technical building and power plant structure.
• Familiar with International code & standard.
• Basic MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-Power Point & MS-Word & MS-Project.
• Proficient in Auto CAD
• Fluently in English is a Must
• Wiling to be located in Batang, Central Java.

 

QAQC Controller ( QAQC-CR )

Responsibility :

• To control a systematic quality control system
• To operate the system in cooperation with other groups
• To conduct ECC and/or MCC walkdown in cooperation with other groups
• To check and review all quality documents ( ECC/MCC Package ) in cross-sectional way
• To keep record of quality data and information so as access required data
• To assist other groups in QAQC issue
• Prepare summary report of quality control ( Observation report, punch item )
• To assist QAQC Manager to organize the group and cooperate with other groups

Requirements :

• Education Background minimum Bachelor's Degree ( S1 ) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Good speaking, writing and listening in English
• Having experience of supervision of erection, pre-commisioning, hot-commisioning, etc. In large scale of power plant project
• Having experence ( at least 5 years ) and knowledge of QAQC work
• Wiling to be located in Batang, Central Java.

 

Electrical Senior Technician (EL-SR TECH)

Job Descriptions :

• Read and understanding Work Order description, prepare the tool and work method before commencing works
• Understanding and follow PTW rule
• Follow HSE rules and maintain general safety during undertaking the works and obey all procedures and instruction refer to the BMS and other QHSE standard
• Ensure that company safety and environmental standards are reflected in the Electrical engineering aspects to produce facilities that are functional, environmentally friendly and safe.
• Carry out the maintenance task as required by Work Oder
• Consult with Superior if he has a doubt during undertaking maintenance works.
• Report to Electrical Supervisor once the work finished
• UpdatingHouse keeping of working place
• Coordinate all technician to execute all preventive, predictive or breakdown maintenance related with electrical systems during production period or outage
• Coordination and work with other maintenance function (C&I, Mechanical) to do daily inspection and check and also with the Other Department (Operation & EHS)

Requirements :

• Minimum Technical High School graduated
• Having minimum 5 years for Technical high school graduated or minimum 2 years working experiences for D3 degree as Electrical Technicians for at O&M especially at maintenance section of large coal fired power plant
• Good understanding in power plant system and has Maintenance experiences for Power Plant Equipment prior to GIS 500kV, Generator, Thyristor Rectifer, Generator Circuit Breaker, Power Transformer, MV& LV Switchgear, MV & LV Motor, MOV (Motor Operating Valve), Motor Control Center, Batteries and Battery Charger System, UPS System, Conveyor System, Ship Unloader, Stacker Reclaimer, Travelling Tripper and Hoist, Crane & Elevator System
• Good understanding in Protection System at 500 kV GIS, Generator, Power Transformer and MV Switchgear & LV Switchgear
• Having good communication skill
• Good Understanding for Maintenance Management System (Maximo) especially for Work Order and Material Issue Function
• Computer and English literate
• Willing to be located in Batang, Central Java

 

Junior Chemical Analyst (JCA)

Job Descriptions :

• The job function of Junior Chemical Analyst is generally to analyze the steam, water and coal quality for a whole power plant
• Direct operation of chemical laboratories, taking samples from whole plant, making analyses, calculation and interpretation of results
• Directly control the minimum stock level of chemicals on overall plant
• To promote safety chemical handling during operation of the chemical facilities
• Develop and improvement of analysis method
• Prepare technical paper report in daily basis

Requirements :

• Fresh graduated with Bachelor (S1/D4) degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Science from reputable University
• Minimum GPA is 3.00 of 4.00
• Having a good knowledge on laboratory analysis instruments.
• Be able to operate MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word)
• Be able to work overtime (if needed)
• Fluently in English is a must
• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java
