Archi Indonesia is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi, PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site - are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

 

MAINTENANCE FIXED PLANT SUPERINTENDENT (Job Code: MFPS/IX/20)

(Location: Toka Tindung Site)

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager and this position will be responsible for the overall management of site wide Fixed Plant Maintenance effort from primary crusher through the milling & grinding areas to the gold room as well as outlying areas such as water supply & tailing disposal system includes: Safety, Budget, Work & Preparation, Work Execution & Improvement, employee management, coordination and communication, system & procedures. Developing, implementing and leading mechanical maintenance for all fixed plant equipment, ancillary facilities and process systems.

DUTIES:

1. Daily - Manage the execution of maintenance plans and assessment of efficiency and execution improvements.
2. Weekly Plan - Ensure and support that Fixed Plant Maintenance teams to achieving the weekly planned works execution target.
3. Work completed - Monitor that work orders are completed as standard requirement and returned to the planning department in a timely manner.
4. Maintenance of Equipment and tools - Ensure that all tools and equipment used by the workshop crews are maintained to a high standard.
5. Quality - Monitor the quality of work produced in the workshops and establish procedures to verify and improve the quality of work.
6. Work Improvement:
   • Support and coordinate the development of maintenance plans, budgets and schedules
   • Act on recommendations from Planning Section to improve quality of 'pm' and 'standard job' documents.
   • Regularly review job procedures with mechanics and other trades to improve work procedures with respect to safety and efficiency.
7. Management of Employees:
   • Support the integration of a predictive and preventative maintenance culture reflecting use of technology, monitoring, data analysis and RCFA.
   • Coordinate maintenance plans and tasks with Operations, Planning and Reliability Superintendents.
   • Develop staff teamwork skills to ensure integration with Operations and Maintenance, with a mindset of team success.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. The candidate should have 8 years' experience in fixed plant maintenance of large operations, and at least 3 of these in supervisory post.
2. Experiences with Gyratory Crushers, SAG & Ball Malls, conveyor belt repair & maintenance;
3. Previous process Plant commissioning and post commissioning experience in an isolated or difficult geographical location;
4. Fluent in English - Verbal and Written;
5. Has Indonesia Driver License (SIM A);
6. Manage and implement company safety standards and set expectations at all levels of staff and supporting contractors.

 

MINING PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (CODE : MPS-X/20)

(Location : Toka Tindung)

Reporting directly to the mining production superintendent,the supervisor will be primarily responsible for the safe operation of the entire mining projects, manage contractor proper use of machine hours, managing dewatering of the pits; ensuring pumps are maintained, ensure contractors follow digging and dump plans and manage all the mining/non-mining projects under direction of the mining production superintendent.

Duties:

1. Work Preparation:
   1. Maintain personal tools in good condition at all times. Take good care of all tools borrowed from the tool store and return in good condition;
   2. Ensure that the equipment and tools necessary to perform allocated work are present and in good condition prior to start of work.
2. Work Performance:
   1. Planing and scheduling to ensure the construction work achieves a high compliance to the Schedule / Plan and is on target for completion;
   2. Maintenance of Equipment and tools - Ensure that all tools and equipment used for work are maintained. Manage the equipment hire allocated for support activities at mining projects all area;
   3. Support mining production superintendent to conduct routine monitoring Mining and project activities.
3. Work Improvement :
   1. Support Engineers and Superintendents to regularly review job procedures with work crew and other trades to improve work procedures with respect to safety and efficiency.

Requirements :

1. Min. Graduated from High School Level;
2. Minimum working 3 years as Mining project Leading Hand;
3. POP Certified By ESDM;
4. Good Understanding in KPI'S in Mine Production;
5. Good Understanding in operating Fleet production;
6. Able to demonstrate the awareness on corporate safety & environmental.
