Fixed Ptant Maintenance and Mobile/ HE Maintenance team

PT Batutua Tembaga Raya and PT Batutua Kharisma Permai jointly operate the Wetar Copper Mining in Southwest Maluku as subsidiary of Merdeka Copper Gold group. The Wetar copper Mining is an open pit mine that produces cathode copper LME grade from heap leaching followed by Solvent Extraction and Electrowinning processing. To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the company is seeking suitable candidates to fill the position of Fixed Ptant Maintenance and Mobile/ HE Maintenance team:

Fixed Plant Maintenance Department:

1. Sr. Planner - Fixed Plant

2. Electrical Engineer

3. HIAB Crane Driver

4. Plant Electrician

5. Rigger

Mobile Plant Maintenance Department:

6. Supervisor - Maintenance Training

7. Engineer - Reliability (Mobile/HE)

8. Maintenance Trainer

9. Drill Fitter

10. Fabrication

11. Auto Electrician

12. Machinist

13. Mechanic - Ancillary & Truck

14. Mechanic - HE

15. Tyre Fitter

Requirements:

• Maximum age: 45 years old (no. 1 - 15)
• Experience in the same skill position min. 3 years (no. 3-5, 9-15)
• Experience in Mining company maintenance team min. 5 years, with same role min. 2 years (no. 1- 2, 6-8)
• Minimum education is SMA (no. 3-6, 8-15), S1 (no.1-2, 7)
• Specific Certification based on position:
  • SIO Crane Class 3 (no. 3)
  • K3 Electrical Certification (no. 2. 4)
  • Rigger Certification (no. 5}
  • TOT Certification (no. 6)
  • Mechanic Certification (no. 9, 13-14)
  • Welding Certification Min 2G (no. 10, 12)
  • Tyreman Certification (no. 15)
• Familiar with maintenance and troubleshooting of heavy equipment: HT Cat 773, Excavator Cat 320, 330, 390, 6015, Loader Cat 966H, Iveco Truck (no. 6, 13-15)
• Familiar with maintenance and troubleshooting of Drill Power Roc T50 (no. 9)
• Strong knowledge of Sling, Lifting and Rigging (no 3, 5)
• Advanced Computer Skill (no. 1-2, 6-8)
• Experienced in HV and Plant Electrical Installation and troubleshooting (2, 4)
• Experienced in Pianning Fixed Plant Maintenance in short term or long term. (no. 1)
• Preferable people from or willing to be given Point of Hire of Surabaya, Mataram and NTT (3-5, 9- 15). But all are welcome to apply.
