Geology Lead - Green Gold Technology

GREEN GOLD TECHNOLOGY is mineral project development and production partner. We offer one stop solutions including operational advisory, bankable feasibility studies, in-house laboratory, engineering, management and operational services, capacity building, plant construction and innovative technologies that are industrially proven. Our mission is to help mining companies maximize returns by making their new or existing mineral project more economical, efficient, and environmentally friendly.

To strengthen the existing Geology team, we are URGENTLY looking for candidates to fill the role as follow:

Geology Lead

Your duties will include:

• Develops, maintains and manages client and in-house geological databases
• Undertakes primary data QAQC and geological data analysis, and acts as data custodian
• Directs and contributes to geological/resource modelling, resource estimation and resource classification
• Provides advice to the CEO and BOD
• Monitors, evaluates, and makes recommendations regarding laws, codes, regulations, and proposed legislation as they apply to related job duties and responsibilities.
• Directs the preparation of plans, specifications, reports and estimates for various geological projects.
• May oversee the development, maintenance, and modification of various computer programs and databases to assist in geological activities.
• Prepares and makes formal presentations to Board and clients
• Prepares and monitors applicable section budget as it relates to department's operating budget.
• Conducts and analyzes the results of laboratory analysis of rocks, minerals and samples.
• May train or direct new or current employees in work procedures and methods.
• Supervises lower level professional, technical and sup-professional personnel.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology but prefer Master Degree or Msc, with minimum 10 years working experiences in Mining Company.
• Multiple commodity experience including Au-Ag, Cu-Au, LS & HS epithermal and porphyry systems
• High level of competence with database management/resource modelling/estimation
• Advance proficiency with 3D software such as Micromine or similar software
• High level of competence with Micromine software
• High level of proficiency in Geostatistics
• Member of a local or international professional organisation e.g. IAGI, PERHAPI, AusIMM
• Accredited Competent Person Indonesia (CPI) an advantage
• Previous record of senior roles and team leadership
• A strong command of the English language in both verbal and written form
• A positive "can-do" attitude
