Heavy Equipment Technical Advisor (Code: MMS - HETA)

Responsibilities:

1. Developing maintenance system and providing technical expertise.
2. Providing exceptional customer service, dealer communication issues, display efficient multitasking abilities and detail oriented, exhibit superior technical knowledge.
3. Supporting team members in their program activity.
4. Understanding the individual responsibilities as part of the HSE Management System and the responsibilities of employees within the department.
5. Assisting and review the development programs for the department personnel.
6. Giving recommendation for capital improvement programs to reduce cost and improve production,
7. Coordinating with Mobile Superintendents on compliance in maintenance best practice using pre- approved SOP’s and engineering drawing.
8. Assisting the Mobile Maintenance Planning in developing and managing the maintenance program using the ERP and reliability team in development of predictive maintenance procedure.
9. Assisting continuous improvement and piant/equipment optimization programs

Requirements:

• 10 year experiences in a mining mobile maintenance environment or equivalent combination of education and experiences.
• Excellent safety track records.
• Has mechanical trade and supervisory experience.
• Familiar with mechanical quality system.
• Has planning and forecasting experiences.
• Passesses advanced of various equipment technical skills in the mechanical fields.
• Thorough knowledge of world-class maintenance management system, work order process, preventive/predictive maintenance, etc.
• Strong technical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Witlling to be placed in Site (Wetar).
