Expeditor

Deskripsi kerja:

• Melakukan pengecekan barang baik spesifikasi, jumlah yang sesuai dgn yang di order
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan supplier
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan logistic
• Membuat packing list/ surat jalan

Kualifikasi:

• Usia maksimal 35 tahun
• Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya gelar diploma, gelar sarjana di bidang apapun
• Memiliki 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini
• Memiliki SIM A/C
• Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di bidang purchasing/procurement
• Dapat bergabung secepatnya

 

Senior Procurement

Job Description:

• Inspects products, especially from new suppliers, to ensure that they meet specifications
• Evaluation all vendors performance quarterly
• Consistently maintained an outstanding performance in monthly KPI.
• Sourcing & purchased direct & indirect materials for project & sections (mechanical, welding consumable, instrumentation, electrical equipment, equipment spare parts, building materials, project materials and others as assigned & heavy duty equipment) )
• Interface & liaise with engineer or end-users and vendors to resolve ambiguous issue like specifications of materials, shortages or substitution.
• Liaising with or act as shipping coordinator to support timely delivery of goods to appropriate destinations
• Solicit bids secure written & telephone quotations from vendors, analyze bids performance value & cost analysis and select products and vendors consistent with existing policies & procedures
• Provide support and assistance to the receiving, inspection, and last but not least is Finance departments in problem for on time payment to get a better price
• And others duty that might be required consistent with the range and nature responsibilities as senior buyer or procurement.

Job Requirments:

• Age maximum 35 Year(s)
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Having experience in Purchasing or Procurement will be preffered with education Mechanical Engineering
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Good in Excel is a must
• Having Liscence SIM A, SIM C
• able to speak and understanding english is preferable

 

Cost Control

Job Description:

• Controlling cost project
• Evaluating project expenses
• Preparing project cost estimation
• Preparing project documents
• Checking and preparing project payment progress

Job Requirement:

• Age Maximum 35 Year(s).
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Accurate, Accounting&Finance, Excel, Account Recievable, Account Payable.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

 

Finance, Accounting, Tax Department Head

Job Description:

• Prepare monthly financial report
• Review and setup Finance & Accounting procedure and policy
• Review monthly and annual tax report
• Manage daily operation in finance, accounting, and tax department
• Manage company's cashflow
• Maintain company daily operational that related with finance and accounting field

Job Requirements:

• Age maximum 45 Year(s)
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience as finance/accounting/tax manager in EPC industry is preferable
• Required Skill(s): Accurate, Microsoft Office
• Have Brevet A & B Sertification
• Mastering all about finance, accounting & taxation process
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be located in Jakarta

 

Finance Accounting Staff

Job Description:

• Delivering and Collecting Invoice.
• Checking bank receivable of transfer from Customer.
• Reporting credits.
• Make sure that Costumer already receiving the invoice.
• Update mutation and balance everyday.
• Reporting Cash Flow.
• Update receivable into program (Accurate).

Job Requirement:

• Age maximum 30 Year(s).
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Accurate.
• Understand steps of AR (Account Receivable).
• Able to speak in English.
• Able to Join ASAP.

 

Engineering Manager (Petrochemical)

Deskripsi kerja:

• Age minimum 40 maximum 50 Year(s)
• Must possess at least bachelor degree in Petrolium Engineering, Chemical Engineering. Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering
• Had previous experiences to petrochemical and related industry minimum 10 years
• Fluent in english, both written and spoken
• Having strong interpersonal and diplomatic communication Skills
• Able to use Ms. Office, Ms Project. and others engineering software
• Ability to think out of the box wilh good problem solving skills
• Willing to be located in Head office
• Able to join soon
