We are open position, such as:

 

1. DISPATCHER

(Code: DSP_Name)

Job Scope:

Analyzing production data, operator performance and production equipment performance as well as daily, weekly and monthly operational costs based on input data from data processing and effective coordination with the finance project to provide daily, weekly and monthly mining operational explanations to superiors and related users.

Qualification:

• Job holder must posses a Bachelor Degree of Mining Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to arrange fleet monitoring and evaluation of fleets.
• Able to analyze or evaluate the results of the dispatch system.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Willing to be placed in all Company's Site.

 

2. WELDER SUPERVISOR FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT

(Code : FBTL_Name)

Job Scope:

Arrange, supervise, and verbally and in writing all fabrication activities in the project within the scope of supervision based on supervisor's instructions and schedule / planning which are made by a planner to support the smooth operation of mining.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineer with min 5 years of experience or Diploma III in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with min 7 years of experience or High School Degree with min 12 years of experience.
• Have POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is a must.
• Understand Mining Process.
• Able to handle welding inspection for heavy equipment units.
• Has certificate related to welding is preferred.
• Have ability to work with deadline, visionary, and have good communication.
• Understand Maintenance KPI (PA / MA, MTBF, MTTR, Pareto Analysis).
• Understand Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management & Maintenance Process.
• Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

 

3. MINE OPERATION SUPERINTENDENT

(Code : MOSPT_Name)

Job Scope:

Coordinating, directing and taking action to improve all mining activities and overburden transportation and maintain environmental cleanliness in the work area starting from the preparation of work planning & schedules, mining work to the transportation of overburden to the shelter in accordance with the standards and production targets set and HSE standards set applies within the specified budget constraints.

Qualification:

• Minimal Education: Bachelor Degree of Mining Engineering.
• Has work experience min 7 years as operation/production of mining .
• Has experience minimum 3 years as mine operation supervisor is preferred.
• Can read mine design.
• Understand mining procedure.
• Can operate and have license (KIMPER) to operate mining units.
• Have POP certificate is a must.
• Have good communication
• Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area

 

4. INTERNAL AUDIT SUPERINTENDENT

(Code : IAS_Name)

Job Scope:

The Audit Superintendent will lead an audit team to conduct assurance and consulting engagements on corporate management and operating practices. He/She will be responsible for the whole engagement process: plan, perform and communicate under supervision of the Head of Internal Audit.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree of any major.
• Has min. 10 years experience working as internal auditor, with career in mining industry is preferred.
• English proficiency with min. TOEFL score 550 / 210 (CBT) / 80 (iBT).
• Computer literate.
• Has deep knowledge of International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF), Good Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Control.
• Able to develop audit programs and lead the audit team for the whole engagement process.
• Has good interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as business acumen.
• Placement in Head Office, Jakarta.

Job Scope:

Prepare plans and design long-term mine (3 to 7 years) based "Sequence", referring to the design and plan of medium and long term mine (Annual), in accordance with the technical mining operations which include the production plan and Estimation of equipment needs and anticipate the adjustment of design & planning in the field for Improve the effectiveness of mining operations in accordance with HSE standards and Customer wishes

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineer.
• Have experience minimum 5 years in the same field.
• Knowing about Business Process, Mining Process, and HSE Procedure.
• Familiar with Mining Software used in mining company.
• Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

 

2. Senior Mid Term Planning Engineer

(Code : MTE_Name)

Job Scope:

Prepare plans and design mid-term mine (1 to 3 years) based "Sequence", referring to the design and plan of medium and long term mine (Annual), in accordance with the technical mining operations which include the production plan and Estimation of equipment needs and anticipate the adjustment of design & planning in the field for Improve the effectiveness of mining operations in accordance with HSE standards and Customer wishes

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineer.
• Have experience minimum 5 years in the same field.
• Knowing about Business Process, Mining Process, and HSE Procedure.
• Familiar with Mining Software used in mining company.
• Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).
