A group of Coal Mining Company

A group of Coal Mining Company with the head office located in Central Jakarta and the field located in East and Kalimantan. Currently, looking for candidates for several position with the following requirements:

 

1. Construction Engineer

Detailed Job Responsibilities :

  • Compiling and Reviewing proposal / quotes from the contractor and eventually recommend the best contractor to undertake the infrastructure construction works.
  • Reviewing and finalization of infrastructure design prior to final approval for construction
  • Ensure all project schedule followed – up and update , including cost control.
  • Chasing procurement on the follow – up action to achieve target of completion for each construction package.
  • Closely supervision on the works and schedule , including the quality and safety aspects
  • Provide regular weekly / monthly progress report / presentation.

Requirements:

  • Working experience  : 5 – 10 years directly experience on supervision of construction of infrastructure , mining facilities, hauling road construction & maintenance , bridge, culvert, settling / polishing pond, project planning & supervision, managing people and fleet , exposed to project controlling / cost controlling, and swampy project. Having experience previously with IC site would be an advantage.
  • Skil : Still familiar with mining software min Autocad, Microsoft Project, Excel and have a strong leadership skill
  • Education : Mining Engineering , Civil Engineering (S1)
  • Others      : High Integrity, hard worker and responsible / accountable
  • Based in Site – East Kalimantan.

 

2. Manager Mining Operation

Detail Job  Responsibilities :

  • Responsible to ensure 2 section such as mining production and services – drill & blast, well managed
  • As an “ executor” of the production target , to ensure all hourly / daily / weekly / monthly / yearly target achieved
  • To ensure mining production performed productively , cost  efficient / effective , high skill / attitude of operator and supervisor with high standard of safe mining practices.
  • To ensure mining services and drill & blast delivered on time and on quality to support mining production
  • Provide weekly and monthly report/presentation/video/film of the progress onsite
  • Direct control of department cost spending

Requirements:

  • Working Experience Min 10 years directly experience on managing mining operations activity such as production (loading, hauling, dumping, loading/dumping point preparation for both overburden removal and coal getting) and Services-Drill&Blast (drilling, blasting, dewatering, sloping, ramp establishment, road maintenance, etc)
  • Exposed to mining engineering & plant maintenance is a huge advantage.
  • Strongly exposed to the fleet management system such as modular mining, cat-minestar, etc Skills : Still familiar with mining softwares min Surpac/Minescape etc, ERP system, Autocad, Microsoft project, Excel and have a strong leadership skill
  • Education : min Mining Engineering (S1)
  • Others : High integrity, hard worker and responsible/accountable

 

3. Superintendent Mine Planning

Detailed Job Responsibilities :

This position will be eventually responsible for :

  • Mine planning & design : develop quarterly/semester/annual plan with respective design from HO-longterm plan/design, ensure all equipment meet requirement and set the achievable mining parameters to obtain achievable target/plan. Also ensure all designs of ramp, pitwalls, disposal, sediment pond consistently comply with the agreed standard with HO-longterm plan/design
  • Scheduling : ensure the digging scheduling developed properly and reliable/doable with respect to the safety and enviro standards, including associated services works topsoiling, dumping, cut sloping, mud cleaning, dewatering, drill&blast, etc
    • Geotechnical : ensure the pit and disposal meet the standard/stable geotechnical slope and drainage o   Survey : ensure all survey activities undertaken timely with high standard accuracy with the latest instrument capability/technology
  •  Leading the mine planning team to support department mining engineering with safe, efficient/effective decision and reasonably low cost. Develop a solid team with no gapping/grouping
  • Provide weekly/monthly report and/or presentation

Requirements:

  1. Working Experience
    1. Min 7 years directly experience on mine planning, scheduling, designing, geotechnical and survey
  2. Skills : Familiar with mining software such as gemcom-surpac, minescape, minex, autocad, and also Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Project, and have a strong leadership skill
  3. Education : Mining Engineering (Minimum 51)
  4. Others : High integrity, hard worker and responsible/accountable

 

4. Superintendent Mining Production

DETAIL JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

  • This position will be eventually responsible for :
    • Loading & Hauling : to ensure engaging operators with very experienced and skillful, best preparation of loading point, productive loading activity with minimum truck queuing, implement best mining practice with high safety standard
    • Dumping : develop wide and safe dumping points to minimize dumping time, with spotter involved
    • Effective & Efficient Operation : always improve day by day operation such as shiftchange/onspot, discipline of operators maintained, fuel consumption control, implement the best practice when operating the equipment, minimize idle/delay time, and keep high safety standard
    • Operator selection/training/promotion : develop system to identify, progress, and reward/promotion for each operator including discipline, work-ethic, training to create the best operator as a critical company's asset
  •  Leading the mining production team to build a solid team with discipline and effective/efficient work ethics.
  •  Provide weekly/monthly report and/or presentation

Recruitment  :

  • Working Experience Min 10 years directly experience on loading, hauling, dumping, managing operator and dealing with big fleet (100-200 ton class).
  • Having experience on coal mining and achievement on optimizing fleet utilization
  • Skills : Familiar with Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Project, and have a strong leadership skill and safety concerns
  • Education : All Majorities (Minimum S1), D3 or SMA
  • Others : High integrity, hard worker and responsible/accountable

 

5. Manager HRGA & Training

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • This position is responsible to manage recruitment, general affairs, training (especially for heavy equipment operator and mechanic), employee relation & benefits, finance & accounting, IT (telecommunication), camp & accommodation.
  • To ensure all services above strongly delivered to the employees with timely and good quality.
    • Leading the HRGA&Training Department by maintaining and developing the spirit and motivation of each employee
    • Provide weekly and monthly report/presentation/video/film of the progress onsite
  •  Direct control of department cost and continuously improving for cost effective
    • Report and closed coordination with HO-HRGA to ensure all corporate policies/procedures implementing onsite

Recruitment :

  1. Working Experience
    1. Min 20 years directly experience on recruitment, general affair, training, employee relations and benefit, finance & accounting, IT (telecommunication), camp & accommodation. Very strong exposed to the operator and mechanic skill training is highly demanded.
  2. Skills : Management/communication/Planning skill, familiar with Excel, Word, Powerpoint software and have a strong leadership skill. Exposed to the recognized ERR system (Enterprise Resource Planning) and software
  3. Education : All Majority (Minimum S1)
  4. Others : High integrity, hard worker and responsible/accountable

 

6. Superintendent Recruitment & GA

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • This position will be eventually responsible for recruitment of employees following the existing recruitment policy, and undertaking general affair including employee transportation etc.
  • Responsible to review and report regularly of all manpower requests concerning each recruitment progress and status
  • Leading recruitment & GA team onsite to deliver the best service for both onsite and offsite duties of the employee.
  • Provide weekly and monthly report/presentation
  • To ensure the transportation team (drivers) is well organized and timely performing the service for all site activities

Recruitment :

  1. Working Experience
    1.  Min 10 years directly experience on recruitment of worker (staff/non-staff) especially for remote area, exposed to the benefit of other mining contractors as benchmarking and previously had experience on making decision of employee's condition/benefits especially for competitive contractor term & condition.
  2. Skills : Management/communication/Planning skill, familiar with Excel, Word, Powerpoint software and have a strong leadership skill
  3. Education : All Majority (Minimum S1)
  4. Others : High integrity, hard worker and responsible/accountable

 

7. ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Based in Semarang and willing working in Site

Requirements:

  1. Have minimum 10 years’ experience in the positon, and preferred :
    1. rom  cement company or Building material
    2. Big 4 Auditor
    3. Manufacturing FMGC Experience ( Max 3 jobs in the past 10 years )
  2. Minimal Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring Accounting
  3. Excellent in tax knowledge, tax update, tax program, tax planning
  4. Experience with accounting software
  5. Having skill in computer operations.
  6. Having skill in ERP Literated.
  7. Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
  8. Brevet A&B tax certificate is preferred
  9. IT Knowledge:
    1. SAP S4 HANA Experience
    2. Implementation if IT Systems (SAP S4)
    3. Worked with Mobile Systems would be an advantage

Job Responsibility:

  • To manage accounting, Internal Audit, Finance, Tax and collection division
  • To manage existing SOP and business process in each division
  • Prepare accounting and financial analytical review for management
  • To manage financial planning (cash flow and investment) and on time accounting reporting to internal and external parties.
  • To manage the process of account receivable, collection, set up target, action plan and review.
