Assistant Technician Instrument

Roles

Assist maintenance technician in relation to instrumentation work and equipments in the company’s facilities.

• Plant instrumentation facilities, instrumentation tools and equipments
• Installing and repairing wiring, fixtures, and equipment facilities
• Prepares tools and equipment to and from storage and working areas
• Measures and cuts pipe conduit to specified length, using steel tape and hacksaw.
• Threads conduit ends and connects couplings and conduit fittings, using wrench.
• Fabricates conduit support brackets from strap iron strips.
• Secures brackets to bulkheads with screws and bolts and pulls wires through conduit leading to connection boxes, switch panels, and other terminals.
• Strips insulation from wire ends, using wire stripping pliers.
• Ties or screws wires to terminals for subsequent soldering.
• Performs other duties as maintenance needed.

Qualifications

• Previous 5 years working experience in the instrumentation area within oil and gas industry
• Having in deep knowledge and skills on the Instrumentation drawing and P&ID
• Having in deep knowledge and skills on the Calibration of instrumentation devices, e.g. Control valve, Transmitter, Analyzer and others field devices.
• Having in deep knowledge and skills on the Installation and troubleshooting of field Instrumentation devices.
• Good knowledge and skills on the HSE system, job safety analysis, risk assessment and permit to work
• High discipline, good teamwork and eager to learn.

 

MANAJER PROYEK

• Manager Proyek harus berlatar belakang minimal lulusan S-1
• yang memiliki pengalaman 5 (lima) tahun sebagai Manager Proyek atau koordinator pada proyek pembersihan tangki/bejana atau pekerjaan perawatan fasilitas permukaan.

 

TENAGA KERJA CAKAP (CREW TANK CLANING)

memiliki pengalaman dalam pekerjaan pembersihan tangki/bejana dan/atau tersertifikasi atau berpengalaman dalam pekerjaan dalam ruang terbatas (confined space works)

 

Maintenance Engineer

Memiliki pengalaman Maintenance unit LM2500 DLE dan LM2500+ SAC  untuk troubleshoot and intervention

 

Instrument Technician

1. Min Technical High School.
2. Minimum of five (5) years related experience in Instrument installation for oil and gas industry to do installation & maintenance works.
3. Hold training certificates for Instrument installation standards and practices
4. Good command of the English Language.
5. Familiar with safety, processes and facilities in oil & gas industry.
6. Fully qualified in industrial oil and gas Instrument work and able to work with minimum supervision.
7. Subject to interview session for qualification, skill and competency.

 

Instrument Engineer

1. Instrument Engineering Degree
2. Minimum of five (5) years related experience in Instrumentation equipment installation, testing and trouble shooting in oil and gas industry.
3. Familiar with Instrument international standard.
4. Good command of the English Language.
5. Familiar with safety, processes and facilities in oil & gas industry
6. Subject to interview technic by company rep’s to understand the skill  & capability.
7. Subject to interview session for qualification, skill and competency.
