REQUIRMENTS

1. Bachelor degree any major from reputable University
2. Minimum 10 years of experiences with Mining Company
3. Experience for develop and manage community development programs such local economic, development, community infrastructure, public health and education
4. High level critical thinking, analysis and attention for detail
5. Logical approach to identifying and evaluating issues and problem solving
6. Highest personal standards of behavior, acting with ethics, integrity and respect at all times
7. Fluent in Javanese language is more preferable
    

TECHNICAL TRAINING ASSISTANT MANAGER [MCG-TR Manager]

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university
2. Min. 6 years of working experience as Training Superintendent in Mining industry, construction or other relevant company
3. Having strong exposure in developing training database, and it’s implementation
4. Be able to plan and implement competency based training and assessment in the workplace
5. Hold certificate IV in training and Assessment from BNSP or relevant TOT certificates
6. Excellent in English both oral and written
7. Be able to work at remote site
8. Willing to be placed at Head Office Jakarta

MINE PLAN MANAGER [MCG-Mine Plan]

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineering
2. Min 10 years of experience and skilled in life of mining like pit optimization, pit design, production scheduling, cost estimates with excellent spreadsheet and presentation skills
3. Experience in reporting ore reserves
4. Having experience in Gold Mining is a must (Only experience in Gold Mining will be processed)
5. Computer programming in any language highly regarded
6. Knowledge of statistics
7. Ideal background would include time in corporate technical services
8. Previous roles at operating mine essential
9. Fluent in English
10. Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta
