HEAD OF PROJECT

(Code : HOP)

SCOPE

Review all project activity, provide, and control all resources needed (ie. manpower, tools, budget, and infrastructure) in daily operational basis to fulfil our production goals in which will bring growth to the company.

DUTIES

• Manage, supervise and be responsible for the implementation of K3 and KO mining and Environment management system in the project he leads by making and implementing work procedures referring to company and government regulation
• Conduct inspections (planned and unplanned) for HSE quality improvement at related sites.
• Developing strategies for achieving production targets and arranging manpower availability planning to support mining operation needs.
• Arrange planning of equipment availability, use of tools and infrastructure to support operation needs and develop budget of project expenditure.
• Ensure and monitor production costs in accordance with budgeted costs.
• Ensure and be responsible for the implementation of SMK3 & SMKP.
• Identify and submit the competency development plan of subordinates.
• Improving or recommending the implementation of strategic contract mining policies and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of strategic contract mining planning and development.
• Develop and establish the best strategic policy in commercial and strategic contract mining management in accordance to Company's vision, mission and strategy.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree from Civil or Mining Engineering.
• Having experience for minimum for 10 years: 5 years as managerial level.
• Good knowledge of HSE procedures, mining process and budgeting process.
• Ensure and be responsible for the implementation of SMK3 & SMKP.
• Identify and submit the competency development plan of subordinates.
• Improving or recommending the implementation of strategic contract mining policies and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of strategic contract mining for planning and development.
• Develop and establish the best strategic policy in commercial and strategic contract mining management in accordance to Company's vision, mission and strategy.
• Having POU certification, FINON certification.
• Expert in Mining Contract Analysis and Good understanding of Government Regulation
• Expert in managerial and leadership skill, handle negotiation, Coaching & Counseling
