PT SWARNA BHUMI ENERGI is a national company providing consultant services and manpower for oil and gas industry. We are currently looking for some professional and experienced candidates to fill the position for project at SAKA Indonesia Pangkah Limited as below:

 

DRILLING SUPERINTENDENT

Description:

Report to Drilling & Completion Manager, this position responsible for planning and executing the drilling program. Manage all aspects including personnel, equipment, technical and financial performance of the rig.

 Main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with rig site personnel in performing rig moving activities.
  • Plans, direct and provides general supervision to assigned personnel in drilling operations.
  • Manage drilling operations efficiently to minimize rig down time and optimize rig operating expenditures.
  • Optimize assets, equipment and supervising the execution of the activities.
  • Verify drilling equipment, spare parts and consumables item on the rig and kept at an appropriate level.
  • Review daily reports and give guidance on drilling problems (wells and down hole challenges).
  • Developing process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Responsible for safety implementation during drilling activities.
  • Provide input on well design and drilling program in overall.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • More than 10 years’ experience in oil & gas and drilling operations.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams.

 

PROFESSIONAL – RECRUITMENT (CONTRACT BASED 3 MONTHS)

Main responsibilities:

  • Screening CVs andmatch them with each job qualification
  • Shortlist and provide the top 5 of CVs for each position to User Department
  • Conduct phone interview using English Language
  • Conduct Selection Test using INPEX tools: Culture Fit, Aptitude
  • Provide selection result and summary
  • Provide weekly report of recruitment process
  • Conduct reference check

Requirements:

  • Qualified, competent and sufficiently experienced, especially experience of recruitment process for Oil and Gas Industry
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
  • Having experience or knowledge in oil and gas will be advantage
  • Having experience in major project is preferable
  • Fluent English proficiency to be able to conduct phone interview and communicate with applicant and user Department properly

 

GIS OPERATOR (Large Datasets Office)

Qualification

Education

  • Degree or Master degree in in Geomatics, Geodesy, Geoscience and spatial data management related

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in managing spatial data management and spatial data analysis including but not limited related geophisycal, geotechnical, environmental data from survey project.
  • Familiar with IOGP spatial data transfer standard using file SSDM (Seabed Survey Data model) geodatabase both version 1 & 2.
  • Has deep knowledge in survey project activity
  • Has deep knowledge in ArcGIS application, Spatial Information standard and Projection & Coordinate system

Technical Competencies

  • Spatial data QC
  • Spatial data Conversion including large dataset process
  • Spatial Data Management using SSDM standard
  • Spatial Data Analysis capability (slope, contour, 3D, multi layer, etc)

 

Geophysical Company Surveyor (Night Shift)

Qualification

Education

  • Degree or Master degree in engineering or science related dicipline

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in offshore geophysical campaigns comprising AUV, vessel based, UHRS and shallow depth campaign. Night shift role requiring managing and coordination of the offshore geophysical campaign
  • Strong, visible HSSE leadship is essential
  • Has clear mastery level knowledge of HSSE domain expertise and application thereof
  • Has skill level competency with core geophyscial components above

Technical Competencies

  • HSSE systems/requirements
  • Behavioural based HSSE systems & initiatives
  • HSSE reporting
  • Development and review of JSA's
  • Hazard and risk management processes
  • Offshore geophysical and shallow depth geotechnical campaigns
  • Experience working as COMPANY Representative onboard vessels is essential

 

FIELD TECHNICAL GEOTECHNICAL ROLES

Qualification

Education

  • Degree Civil Engineering or Master degree specializing in Geotechnics from  a reputable    university

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years' experience as a Geotechnical Engineer. This will include  experience onshore geotechnical field campaigns, specifying and managing field investigations on major infrastructure projects preferably in the oil   and gas industry.
  • At least    2 years   of which shall    be experience gained within field supervision    as a COMPANY and or CONTRACTOR representative.
  • Has clear skill   level   knowledge   of field geotechnical   campaigns.
  • Technical Competencies HSSE systems/requirements
  • Design     of   deep    and    shallow foundations
  • Specifying   and   supervising     field investigation   campaigns
  • Supervising    laboratory testing

 

EXPATRIATE PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATOR

Qualification

  • Diploma degree, majoring in any relevant disciplines.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR&GA.
  • Good in both English and having knowledge basic japan
  • Max 29 years’ old

Job Rules

  • - Provide support on expatriate administration   related to apartment, home leave, leave entitlement, children school, and other related matters refer to Company Standard.
  • Provide support   on the provision of formality arrangement with external parties, including monitoring database of expatriate   formalities and arranging formalities for visitors in line with government   regulations
    • Support execution of expatriate payroll administration

 

PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION

Main responsibilities :

  1. Personnel administration matters such as :
    1. Support to administer all personnel administration, input and update personal data in HR database, check and identify employee document files completeness and records in line with the standard requirement; monitor, keep and maintain documents filling; to ensure complete and updated personal data and information in HR Database, all personal documents are recorded and filed in line with Company standards and procedures, and can be retrieved at a short notice.
    2. Support to collect timesheet
    3. Support to do HR announcement
    4. Support to do Condolence Flower Arrangement
    5. Support to correspondence (employee reference letter) matter;
    6. Support to administer and monitoring employee benefit (sport subsidy, HOAP)
  2. Support to monitor manpower contract for project, such as process invoice, monitor timesheet, MCU, personnel employment contract, work schedule, budget utilization, travel, etc.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in any disciplines
  • 3 – 6 years experiences in HR administration
  • Familiar with SAP system
  • Having good communication skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • High integrity and compliance
