We are looking to appoint new talent to join our team as:

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (CSE)

As a part of operations team, you will be challenged to perform our service deliveries excellence, which require following skills and qualities: 

• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Willing to work on shift schedule, round-the-clock basis
• Strong in communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Minimum Diploma III from any major (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Experience in Customer Services sector is an advantage
• Computer literate (MS Word and Excel)
• Able to work independently on tasks at hand as well as in a team
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to details 

 

NURSE

We require nurses to help us service our current customers and grow our business with them. In this challenging role you will develop partnerships with current customers, understand their changing  needs and help them find International SOS solutions to address their company issues.

Key Skills/Qualities:

• Nursing Academy graduate or NERS Profession, minimum 1 year medical experience
• Posses valid STR
• Good English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills
• Must work well in a team as well as able to effectively deliver results individually. A team work player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to work on shift schedule

 

PATIENT RELATION OFFICER (PRO)

As Patient Relation Officer you will assist & direct patients in registration processing and to fill administration documents then to arrange their appointment with the doctor. 

Key skills / Qualities:

• Fresh graduate (Academy/ University), preferably with 1 (one) year or more experiences in customer service
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently on tasks at hand as well as in a team
• Strong work ethic demonstrated by behavior, appearance, attitude and initiative
• Respect confidentially of company, medical and personal documentation
• A high standard of administrative skills, correspondence in English and management of filling systems
• Willing to work on shift schedule

 

SITE DOCTOR

 

We require Site Doctor to help us service our current customers and grow our business with them. In this challenging role you will develop partnerships with current customers, understand their changing  needs and help them find International SOS solutions to address their company issues.

Key Skills/Qualities:

• General Practitioner, who posses STR
• Minimum 2 years medical experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Quality services oriented, with mature and pleasant personality
• Willing to be assigned to remote location all over Indonesia
• Having Hiperkes certification will be an advantage
