TIS PETROLEUM E&P BLORA PTE. LTD. (the "Business") is a Private Company Limited by Shares, incorporated on 25 November 2018 (Sunday) in Singapore. The Business's principal activity is crude petroleum and natural gas production with wholesale of crude petroleum as the secondary activity.

 

1. HSE OFFICER

JOB ROLES :

• Conduct periodic safety inspection during rig mob / demob, installation/de-installation of drilling equipment, an all drilling & completion activities on the rig
• Ensure that crew of the drilling rig and services companies has done the Job Safety Analysis prior to starting work
• Lead site safety induction for all personnel coming to the rig and support the Company Man for any tool box meeting at the rig for HSE

QUALIFICATION :

• Have K3 Migas Certification
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• Proficient in written and spoken English

 

2. LEGAL

JOB ROLES :

• Reviewing and details skills and contract term and conditions understanding
• communication and experience to handle dispute in Legal
• Draft and negotiate contract by taken in all the critical needs of all parties
• Write legal opinions on matters as assigned
• Build solid relationship with all government
• Ensure all corporate legal document validity update and conducted the renewal by coordinating with government institution

QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor Degree in Law
• Minimum 3 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry, especially in legal
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Known well for Government regulations related for Government regulation on PSC and Oil and Gas

 

3. HRD Specialist

JOB ROLES :

• Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
• Interviewing applicants
• Administering on the job training programs
• Preparing government reports as to remain in compliance
• Overseeing engagement programs and other employee relation work

QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor Degree in any disciplines 
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry, especially PSC is of advantage
• Understand labor regulations and PTK 018
• Proficient in written and spoken English

 

4. TAX AND FINANCE OFFICER

JOB ROLES :

• Prepare tax payments
• Estimate and track tax returns
• Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
• Share financial data with the accounting

QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor Degree in Accountant
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry, especially PSC is of advantage
• Understand the regulations on Tax, Audit and Financial Management
• Proficient in written and spoken English

 

5. ADMIN / RECEPTIONIST

JOB ROLES :

• Receiving calls from different clients and also dialing calls for collecting required information
• Greeting the visitors
• Filling, faxing and laminating the required documents
• Creating and organizing files
• Preparing document for shipping and mailing

QUALIFICATION :

• Minimum High School diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proficient in written and spoken English
