1. Lead Contract Admin / Contract Admin

Work Location: West Papua

Status Employment: Contract Project Base

Job Description

  • to administrate and manage Subcontract Services activities from pre-qualification, preparing/ reviewing of  RFQ, Bid Evaluation,
  • preparing Subcontract Agreement and monitoring commercial and contractual aspect post Subcontract awarded including and not limited to correspondences,
  • negotiate the changes, issuing the Subcontract Change Order, Re-Measurement of Quantity/Quantity Surveying, verify and approval of Subcontractor invoices, and prepare Subcontract close out Report. 
  • Effectively manage commercial and contractual aspect associate to Subcontracts and ensure all Subcontractors work according to Company policy, procedures and fulfill project requirement.

Requirements:

  • Min. have 10 Years experience in Oil and Gas
  • Strong leadership skills, coaching and mentoring team members
  • Good attitude and personality
  • Familiar work with expatriate

 

2. Punch list Coordinator

Work Location: West Papua

Status Employment: Contract Project Base

Job Description :

  •  Promote safe work practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected
  • Ensure the gathering and management of completion punch lists, including both yes and no items.
  • Participate to site walk downs to populate the punch list.
  • Update punch list with identified and cleared punch items

Requirements:

  • Min. have 10 Years experience in Oil and Gas
  • Strong leadership skills, coaching and mentoring team members
  • Good attitude and personality
  • Familiar work with expatriate

 

3. Industrial Relation Specialist

Work Location: West Papua

Status Employment: Contract Project Base

Job Description :

  • Counseling services to employees & subcontractor
  • Adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Liaising between employees, subcontractors  and management.
  • Managing employee complaints.
  • Ensure the Working contract of the employees in place

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Legal
  • Have certification in IR
  • Minimum 10 years as IR at Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Mining
  • Experience handle IR with more than 5000 employee
  • Fluently in English speaking & writing
  • Good problem-solving ability.

 

4. Telecom Supervisor

Work Location: West Papua

Status Employment: Contract Project Base

Job Description:

  • Supervise the execution of telecommunication works, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures, in the planned time frame. Support the instrumentation subcontractors or the direct hiring personnel ensuring the feasibility (availability of drawings and materials) of the works
  • Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected
  •  Ensure the fulfilment of the project quality and contractual requirements
  •  Verify and confirm the availability of drawings and materials, to plan the efficient execution of the works performed by subcontractors or by direct hiring personnel
  • Assist subcontractors or direct hiring personnel for the correct interpretation of the drawings, providing support in the solution of technical problems
  • Prepare and coordinate the detailed programs for the assigned activities
  • Coordinate telecommunication installation activities with other department construction works
  •  Coordinate human and technical resources, indicating any needs or surplus
  •  Verify that works are correctly carried out in accordance with the project specifications, highlighting any engineering problems encountered in the field
  •  Measure the progress of the works carried out
  •  Provide quantitative data for producing weekly progress reports, monitoring the employed manpower
  •  Ensure the continuous assessment of the quantities installed

Requirements:

  • Min. have 7 Years experience in Oil and Gas
  • Competent computer skill ( Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent Speak & Writing English, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership skills, coaching and mentoring team members/subcontractor
  • Ability to set meaningful productivity targets and monitor  performance against these
  • Good attitude and personality
  • Familiar work with expatriate
