Eni In Indonesia currently holds participating interests in 14 PSCs of which 10 are as operators. The PSCs are spread from the western part (Krueng Mane, Aceh) to the eastern part (Arguni I, Papua Barat), and also from north border (Ambalat, northern Kalimantan) down to the south border (West Timor, Offshore Timor Sea, Nusa Tenggara Timur). The unique locations of Eni in Indonesia’s portfolio areas, reflects the company’s philosophy in operating in core business areas as well as frontier areas to manage the risk and achieve the best possible results in terms of hydrocarbon discovery. We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:

 

GOVERNMENT AUDIT & REPORTING MANAGER

Purpose:

SKKMigas Reporting

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Assist with SKKMigas Reporting, Cost Recovery, Reporting for Operated Areas

Assist the Senior Accountant Budget & Reporting with SKKMigas reporting and Budget preparation

Main Interfaces:

INTERNAL      :  All Eni indonesia Departments

EXTERNAL      :  SKKMigas

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline (finance / accounting / economics) from reputable university
  • Training and Courses:
  • Employee Induction including HSE Awareness
  • Indonesian (fluent), English (fluent)
  • Minimum 10 years finance experience in Oil & Gas Industry in production stage PSC
  • Knowledge, Technical or Professional Skills :
  • Deep understanding of PSC principles and relevant regulations & procedures
  • Deep understanding of PSC financial aspects (WP&B and FQR)
  • Deep understanding of AFE process and PSC asset accounting (SINAS Migas)
  • Experience in managing audit from Government Auditor
  • Familiar with SAP accounting system
  • Knowledge of SKKMigas reporting processes
  • Awareness of PSC accounting and cost recovery
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ability to build modeling using MS Excel)

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

  • Comply with requirements of the Safety, Health and Environmental laws of Indonesia and obey the corporate policy of Eni Indonesia on Safety, Health and Environment, and to practice Eni Indonesia Safety Systems.
  • Provide and maintain safe and healthy conditions of work to subordinate personnel and control over the compliance by the personnel all safety and labor protection rules and regulations
  • HSES awareness in all duties and activities / compliance enforcement with general HSES rules

Required Competencies:

  • Analytical and interpretational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Team player and self-motivated
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Working Condition:

  • Office Based 5:2. Occasionally Visit to Field

 

GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL REPORTING ANALYST

Purpose:

SKKMigas Reporting

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with SKKMigas Reporting, Cost Recovery, Reporting for Operated Areas
  • Assist the Senior Accountant Budget & Reporting with SKKMigas reporting and Budget preparation

Main Interfaces:

EXTERNAL      :  SKKMigas

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree (minimum) in accounting from reputable university
  • More than 5 years experiences in Oil& Gas industry in production stage PSC
  • Good understanding of PSC principles and relevant regulations & procedures
  • Good understanding of PSC financial aspects (WP&B and FQR)
  • Good understanding of AFE process and PSC asset accounting (SINAS Migas)
  • Experience in managing audit from Government Auditor
  • Familiar with SAP accounting system

JOINT VENTURE ANALYST

Purpose:

  • Joint Venture accounting for Operated and Non Operated PSCs

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Activities For the Operated PSC
  • Prepare Joint Interest Billing statements to joint ventures partners
  • Prepare calculation of cash call to JV partner
  • Assisting the audit activity by Joint venture partner and government auditor
  • Assisting on the preparation of JV budget
  • Execute SAP transaction code for RXD/UXD automatic calculation, PCO calculation & Cutback process (partner netting) for monthly closing activity
  • Preparing JV actual cost vs JV budget report and monthly analysis
  • Preparing revenue over/under lifting report
  • Liaise with other units and functions for JV accounting issues in SAP

Activities For the Non Operated PSC

  • -   Receive non-operated joint venture billing statements and cash calls.
  • Prepare documentation for the approval process for the payment of JV cash calls to operators
  • Prepare the accounting take up entries for non-operated joint ventures for monthly closing activity
  • Prepare the entries for revenue, cost of sales and  over/under lifting for monthly closing activity

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education :
    • Degree in relevant discipline (accounting, finance, economics)
  • Training and Courses:
    • Employee Induction including HSE Awareness
  • English (fluent), Indonesian (fluent)
  • Minimum 4 years accounting experience in oil & gas industry, including direct JV accounting experience
  • Knowledge, Technical or Professional Skills :
  • Detailed knowledge of oil & gas and joint venture accounting
  • Detailed knowledge of financial accounting principles
  • Detailed knowledge of existing Accounting System (SAP)
  • Knowledge of PSC Cost Recovery rules and SKKMigas approach to compliance
